From start to finish, we had a very good experience. They were all very professional, polite and accommodating. Gary came out to give us a quote and look at our old garage door. He gave us all the good and bad with both a repair and a new door. He sat down and discussed all of our options with us and made us feel at ease about a large purchase for our house. We rate this service 5 Star. We had a broken garage door spring at 2pm and called Precision. They scheduled a repair service tech for between 3 and 5pm that afternoon. Ryan our tech arrived within the hour. Our garage door mechanism and opener were over 20 years old. We asked Ryan if after replacing the springs we could make an appointment to have a new opener installed. He had a new opener already in his truck and called the office to get approval to use it. By 5pm that afternoon we had new garage spring mechanism and a new opener operational. We were provided with excellent, timely and professional service.

Absolutely, over-the-top FIVE STAR rating! Gary Lang, a tremendous technician, called and said he could come an hour ahead of appointment ... tremendous! When he arrived he quickly diagnosed our garage door was on its last springs and rollers. He performed all repairs efficiently and quickly, fine-tuned our controllers, got our two in-car controllers working, as well as external key pads. WOW! What great service!
