I am very pleased with the service I received by Gary. Not only did he call first and arrive at the time he said, he knew what was wrong immediately. He took the time to explain exactly what had happened and repaired the problem in less than an hour. Gary was extremely courteous and professional. Service response was terrific. Called late in the evening and was able to have service tech come out the next day. My tech Gary was AWESOME! He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the service he was performing. He asked the right questions evaluated our garage door and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. Gary reviewed and explained what was going on with our garage door and laid out the options we had. At no point did I ever feel pressure to have Prescision to do the job. The only hesitation I had was the concern on the price, it was more then what I was expecting to pay and was in my budget????. I was assured the replacement of the quality parts and life time guarantee. Having being a repeat customer I felt confident enough to go along with the repair, and the price hopefully will be worth it in the years to come. Absolutely, over-the-top FIVE STAR rating! Gary Lang, a tremendous technician, called and said he could come an hour ahead of appointment ... tremendous! When he arrived he quickly diagnosed our garage door was on its last springs and rollers. He performed all repairs efficiently and quickly, fine-tuned our controllers, got our two in-car controllers working, as well as external key pads. WOW! What great service! Thanks, Gary ... you are tremendous!

This is our third time using Precision. I called the office at 9:00am and was given a 3:00pm-5:00pm time slot. The technician called early to see if I might be available for an earlier appointment. Lorenzo was very professional, personable, and the bid was straight forward. We have been very happy for the past three years with our garage door opener and will continue to use Precision.

Rudy showed up right on time and was very helpful in analyzing the problem with our door. He determined that it is not a repairable problem and it still works but will need to be replaced someday. He didn't charge for the visit.

Lorenzo started out great by calling and arriving early. He did a review of my problem and examined my door equipment and gave me two options. Once I explained what I wanted done he went right to work and completed the job. He even gave me his card in case we ran into other problems. I went through Home Advisor to find someone to repair my garage door. I thought it would be a small repair...boy was I wrong! Lorenzo did a complete check on all of the parts, provided a quote and spent 2 hours doing all the work to repair the door/springs. It was a lot more than I had anticipated, but it all has a lifetime warranty now. I am very happy with the thorough and professional work provided!

I couldn't have been happier with the way Precision handled my situation. After having a brand new door installed just over two years ago, the arm that attaches to the door itself, broke off. I called Precision, explained the situation and they scheduled a technician visit for the next day...all while accommodating my Saturday schedule too. He came out, assessed the situation and rendered a resolution all within 30 minutes. I know have a stronger/reinforced arm attached to the door and again, all at no charge. Precision honored my Life-Time Warranty and again, handled the whole situation with gracious and professionalism. I would highly recommend them - they stood by their word and fixed the problem. Bottom line, not many companies do this anymore...especially if the sale had been over two years ago. I've had contractors do work on our home...adobe, stucco, wood work etc...and if something wrong happens within a few months..."'Crickets". They never return your call... Precision is a very well oiled machine...if you need a new garage door - just call them - you won't be disappointed.

Excellent response on a Sunday. Came almost immediately, completed job quickly and thoroughly. Price was a bit higher than others, but the warranty is longer and (hopefully) the product is a higher quality and will last longer. Previous set of springs only lasted about four years.
