He walked us through everything he did to make sure we were satisfied and answered all of our questions. Along with replacing the opener, he installed a remote pad and provided two new remotes. Gary showed up during our scheduled time. I showed him the problem and gave him the background information of what I had done to my garage door over the last few weeks. He basically notified me that he could not repair my door, but did give me all of the information I need to try and have it repaired. He told me exactly what needs to be done and why the problem exists in the first place. He was extremely professional and upfront with his information. If I still can't get the door fixed, I will definitely have Gary come back out to replace the door. After this fix, I will always use Precision to complete my preventative and reactive maintenance for my Garage Door.

My garage door was falling off the hinges and I called Precision to come out and see if we could repair it. The estimate they provided gave me 3 options, fix it with minimal repairs, fix it with new parts, or replace the door. Since this was for my grand kids we choose to replace the old and unsafe door. The estimator called and set up an installation for the same day, I was amazed that they were able to do it that quickly. When the installers came they were professional, and quick. They removed the old door and opener and replace it with a new one with safety sensors, new opener, wireless keypad, and 3 car openers. In and Out in less than 3 hours, cleaning as they went. My garage was as clean when they left as it was when they got there. I would definitely use them again.
