We called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service this morning and within a couple hours, they had a service person (Ryan) at our door. I love my new garage door. Ruben and Tyler did an excellent job in removing the old manual garage door and installing a brand new garage door with an electronic opener. Both were very professional and courteous. I was shown how to operate the new garage door and performing maintenance on the garage door. All the old parts of the garage door was removed from the premises and I'm glad that I didn't have to take it to the dump. I can't wait to spread the word about the workmanship done on my garage door. I'm happy that I used Precision Garage Door for my installation of the garage door. Thank you very much!

Best service ever!! Ryan called before arriving and explained what he was going to do. When finished he showed me the difference between the old rollers and the new ones he had installed. I am a newer resident of New Mexico and have never had a garage door opener (had a barn for horses, but no garage for cars). I will use Precision again and will recommend you to my neighbors.

Our technician was Gary and he was prompt, professional and courteous. He replaced our Genie opener/remotes with the Precision product. He walked us through everything he did to make sure we were satisfied and answered all of our questions. Along with replacing the opener, he installed a remote pad and provided two new remotes. Gary showed up during our scheduled time. I showed him the problem and gave him the background information of what I had done to my garage door over the last few weeks. He basically notified me that he could not repair my door, but did give me all of the information I need to try and have it repaired. He told me exactly what needs to be done and why the problem exists in the first place. He was extremely professional and upfront with his information. If I still can't get the door fixed, I will definitely have Gary come back out to replace the door. After this fix, I will always use Precision to complete my preventative and reactive maintenance for my Garage Door.
