From start to finish, we had a very good experience. They were all very professional, polite and accommodating. Gary came out to give us a quote and look at our old garage door. He gave us all the good and bad with both a repair and a new door. He sat down and discussed all of our options with us and made us feel at ease about a large purchase for our house. Ruben and Kevin installed our new door and did an excellent job. The difference in doors is amazing. My husband is a veteran and knowing the company is veteran run also helped us make a decision to replace our old garage door.

We rate this service 5 Star. We had a broken garage door spring at 2pm and called Precision. They scheduled a repair service tech for between 3 and 5pm that afternoon. Ryan our tech arrived within the hour. Our garage door mechanism and opener were over 20 years old. We asked Ryan if after replacing the springs we could make an appointment to have a new opener installed. He had a new opener already in his truck and called the office to get approval to use it. By 5pm that afternoon we had new garage spring mechanism and a new opener operational. We were provided with excellent, timely and professional service.

Rudy was on time, friendly, was able to diagnose my problem quickly. I actually thought I did not have a problem, and was just humoring my wife! But he found an actual problem, and we needed a new motor/assembly. He installed the new drive in 30 minutes flat! He took me through all the buttons and controls and made sure I understood everything before leaving.

Service response was terrific. Called late in the evening and was able to have service tech come out the next day. My tech Gary was AWESOME! He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the service he was performing. He asked the right questions evaluated our garage door and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. Gary reviewed and explained what was going on with our garage door and laid out the options we had. At no point did I ever feel pressure to have Prescision to do the job. The only hesitation I had was the concern on the price, it was more then what I was expecting to pay and was in my budget????. I was assured the replacement of the quality parts and life time guarantee. Having being a repeat customer I felt confident enough to go along with the repair, and the price hopefully will be worth it in the years to come. Absolutely, over-the-top FIVE STAR rating! Gary Lang, a tremendous technician, called and said he could come an hour ahead of appointment ... tremendous! When he arrived he quickly diagnosed our garage door was on its last springs and rollers. He performed all repairs efficiently and quickly, fine-tuned our controllers, got our two in-car controllers working, as well as external key pads. WOW! What great service! This is our third time using Precision. I called the office at 9:00am and was given a 3:00pm-5:00pm time slot. The technician called early to see if I might be available for an earlier appointment.
