Rudy was on time, friendly, was able to diagnose my problem quickly. I actually thought I did not have a problem, and was just humoring my wife! But he found an actual problem, and we needed a new motor/assembly. He installed the new drive in 30 minutes flat! He took me through all the buttons and controls and made sure I understood everything before leaving.

Service response was terrific. Called late in the evening and was able to have service tech come out the next day. My tech Gary was AWESOME! He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the service he was performing. He asked the right questions evaluated our garage door and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. Gary reviewed and explained what was going on with our garage door and laid out the options we had. At no point did I ever feel pressure to have Prescision to do the job. The only hesitation I had was the concern on the price, it was more then what I was expecting to pay and was in my budget????. I was assured the replacement of the quality parts and life time guarantee. Having being a repeat customer I felt confident enough to go along with the repair, and the price hopefully will be worth it in the years to come. Absolutely, over-the-top FIVE STAR rating! Gary Lang, a tremendous technician, called and said he could come an hour ahead of appointment ... tremendous! When he arrived he quickly diagnosed our garage door was on its last springs and rollers. He performed all repairs efficiently and quickly, fine-tuned our controllers, got our two in-car controllers working, as well as external key pads. WOW! What great service! This is our third time using Precision. I called the office at 9:00am and was given a 3:00pm-5:00pm time slot. The technician called early to see if I might be available for an earlier appointment. I called Precision when I needed my codes changed with my control pad and garage door opener. Last year, Precision installed many new parts to get my garage door working. What I love about the company, is that they can complete the request either the day I call in or the next day! Lorenzo started out great by calling and arriving early. He did a review of my problem and examined my door equipment and gave me two options.
