I called for a estimate based on your Angie's List ratings. I am not going to use your services due to the price quoted. Your estimate was over $250 more than what I was quoted from a Sears, Lowes and Home Depot for similarly equipped and featured garage door openers.

Our opener price includes professional installation as well and removal/recycling of your old opener and rail. I had the great opportunity of having Will come to my home to service my garage door. I was rather irate because the previous service man did not address my concerns about the door and did a "quick fix". Will, however, listened to my issues that I was still having. He did a thorough inspection and addressed the problems. He fixed everything that was needed and when he finished, went over all the repairs he had done. He was very courteous and professional. Will is a tremendous asset to the company and deserves to be recognized as a great employee and person. I will continue to be a loyal customer because of my experience with Will.

Not a repair, but a door reconditioning including new rollers. Fast service (called for appt. Monday and work was accomplished the next morning)! Will was not only courteous and professional, but also very friendly. He conducted his work thoroughly and quickly (within 30 minutes). Very satisfied!
