I went through Home Advisor to find someone to repair my garage door. I thought it would be a small repair...boy was I wrong! Lorenzo did a complete check on all of the parts, provided a quote and spent 2 hours doing all the work to repair the door/springs. It was a lot more than I had anticipated, but it all has a lifetime warranty now. I am very happy with the thorough and professional work provided!

I couldn't have been happier with the way Precision handled my situation. After having a brand new door installed just over two years ago, the arm that attaches to the door itself, broke off. I called Precision, explained the situation and they scheduled a technician visit for the next day...all while accommodating my Saturday schedule too. He came out, assessed the situation and rendered a resolution all within 30 minutes. I know have a stronger/reinforced arm attached to the door and again, all at no charge. Precision honored my Life-Time Warranty and again, handled the whole situation with gracious and professionalism. I would highly recommend them - they stood by their word and fixed the problem. Bottom line, not many companies do this anymore...especially if the sale had been over two years ago. I've had contractors do work on our home...adobe, stucco, wood work etc...and if something wrong happens within a few months..."'Crickets". They never return your call... Precision is a very well oiled machine...if you need a new garage door - just call them - you won't be disappointed.

Excellent response on a Sunday. Came almost immediately, completed job quickly and thoroughly. Price was a bit higher than others, but the warranty is longer and (hopefully) the product is a higher quality and will last longer. Previous set of springs only lasted about four years.

Great service throughout! They answered our phone call on a Sunday within a few minutes of leaving the message. I really didn't expect a phone call back on Sunday much less they had a tech out within an hour and it was fixed less than an hour after that! The tech was friendly and professional!

We called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service this morning and within a couple hours, they had a service person (Ryan) at our door. Prior to Ryan's arrival, I received an email letting me know when he would arrive, and Ryan gave me a call 20 minutes out. Ryan was helpful, knowledgeable and solution-oriented. Much appreciated! I love my new garage door. Ruben and Tyler did an excellent job in removing the old manual garage door and installing a brand new garage door with an electronic opener. Both were very professional and courteous. I was shown how to operate the new garage door and performing maintenance on the garage door. All the old parts of the garage door was removed from the premises and I'm glad that I didn't have to take it to the dump. I can't wait to spread the word about the workmanship done on my garage door. I'm happy that I used Precision Garage Door for my installation of the garage door. Thank you very much!

Best service ever!! Ryan called before arriving and explained what he was going to do. When finished he showed me the difference between the old rollers and the new ones he had installed. I am a newer resident of New Mexico and have never had a garage door opener (had a barn for horses, but no garage for cars). I will use Precision again and will recommend you to my neighbors.
