Rudy called back before the appointment time to see if he could come earlier, and he did. Very knowledgeable both about the repairs and the business and guarantees which he explained clearly. Finished the job quickly. I was impressed with his skills and knowledge and that he consiously practiced safely during his work. The technician he is training has a great role model.

Installed new springs and accessories that replaced 10-yr old Wayne Dalton springs. Your installer was good at providing the information I needed to assess the situation. I have other properties and I will probably use you as I am satisfied with your service and the quality of your hardware.

Our technician was Gary and he was prompt, professional and courteous. He replaced our Genie opener/remotes with the Precision product. He walked us through everything he did to make sure we were satisfied and answered all of our questions. Along with replacing the opener, he installed a remote pad and provided two new remotes. The door runs smooth and quiet now! We are very pleased. Thank you, Gary!

Gary showed up during our scheduled time. I showed him the problem and gave him the background information of what I had done to my garage door over the last few weeks. He basically notified me that he could not repair my door, but did give me all of the information I need to try and have it repaired. He told me exactly what needs to be done and why the problem exists in the first place. He was extremely professional and upfront with his information. If I still can't get the door fixed, I will definitely have Gary come back out to replace the door. After this fix, I will always use Precision to complete my preventative and reactive maintenance for my Garage Door.

Excellent service from original call, to service. The email confirming the appointment with the name of the technician and the photos of your staff is so professional. Rudy arrived on time, explained the different doors, we placed our order and Ruben arrived that afternoon, worked efficiently and was very nice, and left everything clean. We have used your company in the past, always with superior response. Love the new look 5 stars to all that were involved

My garage door had been acting up for about a week. I finally called Precision, we have been customers since 2007, the office set up a technician to arrive between 6 and 8. Gary arrived at 6:40. He was very informative and willing to explain everything he was doing. He tried to fix the opener before replacing it. Things are working great now.

My garage door was falling off the hinges and I called Precision to come out and see if we could repair it. The estimate they provided gave me 3 options, fix it with minimal repairs, fix it with new parts, or replace the door. Since this was for my grand kids we choose to replace the old and unsafe door. The estimator called and set up an installation for the same day, I was amazed that they were able to do it that quickly. When the installers came they were professional, and quick. They removed the old door and opener and replace it with a new one with safety sensors, new opener, wireless keypad, and 3 car openers. In and Out in less than 3 hours, cleaning as they went. My garage was as clean when they left as it was when they got there. I would definitely use them again.
