Spring repair. Technician left the resident; however, I attempted to operate the garage door that now won't fully close, stops at 4/5th point and automatically goes back up. Rail sensors appear to be operating normally. Technician returning to resident to repair on 1-16-25 after 4:30 pm.

Precision uses quality products and the technicians are friendly, knowledgable and thorough. And, they show up within the scheduled window, which is no small thing if you've ever had to rely on service providers who have kept you waiting all day -- if they show up at all. You can't go wrong with Precision. They do outstanding work.

Great service but extremely overpriced. It's emazing how companies get away with charging what they charge for parts, there should be legal standards for what they can charge.

My name is Louis Adams, Natalie's husband and I delt with Frankie along with Natalie. Frankie was professional in his work and explaining details about the equipment, installation, and warranty. I enjoyed talking with Frankie during the installation. He has a great personality and humor. In my opinion he is a keeper.

I was having trouble with my garage door opening-sometimes my remote would work and sometimes not. Precision Garage Door was the first one that I had called who would be able to come on a Sunday. Mr. Chwirka arrived on time and was very courteous and explained what was wrong with my current door opener-due to the age and condition of my old one, I was very glad that he had a new one on the truck. Yes, I would recommend Precision Garage Door. Henrietta Ruland

Office staff is great. Took the time to check the regular schedule. and the emergency staff available. Our door would not close, and within a couple of hours James Magee called and said he was on his way. He knew right away needed repair, how he was going to do it, and explained everything needed to be done. Wow so impressive. A great working door now. James knew what he was doing, made us feel so relieved with the job he was doing.

Thank you for the quick and professional response I received today for my failing garage door. I called Precision about 8:30 this morning and James was at my house at 2 that afternoon! James is a respectful and professional employee of Precision. A few improvements were needed and my garage door is in good working order. I may also do one or two other improvements before I have to make another emergency call. There was no salesman talk from James. Only information! I appreciate that.

We called to have our garage doors maintained. No one had touched them since they had been installed twenty years ago. I called Precision on the recommendation of a friend. Lorenzo showed up that very afternoon. Looked over our three doors and gave us three different estimates. Since garage doors lifetime is usually of 12 to 15 years we decided to have him completely work them over. That very day Lorenzo started work and installed new motors, rails, and lighting, along with new keypads on the outside. He came back the next afternoon and finished up with the RV garage door. I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service and Lorenzo to anyone.

Technician (Lorenzo) was very professional, answered questions and very knowledgeable about the product he was installing. I highly recommend this company for their prompt service. First time dealing with Precision Garage Door Service and chose them because of their high ratings from 3k customers. Thankful I did. Great experience and would definitely recommend this company to do your work.

Saturday July 20 at 3:30 PM. Mainspring broke. Could not open the garage door. Called Precision at 4:30 PM. They could have a man here Sunday 8:00-10:00 AM. Man showed up at 8:20 AM. Diagnosed problem. Prepared 3 quotes, basic, mid-upper level, upper level. I accepted hybrid mid-upper w/some upper level options. Man started word 8:50 AM, completed 9:30 AM. Even though it was a Sunday this was a routine service call, nothing special because it was a Sunday. Could not ask for anything better.

I was very impressed with their service and will definitely use Precision again if we have another issue with our garage doors. Very satisfied.
