My spring broke on a Friday afternoon with my car stuck inside my garage. I needed to find someone who could fix it over the weekend otherwise I wouldn’t be able to get it fixed until Wednesday due to a stucco project starting Monday. I went to the Chat on Precision’s site to check availability. They got James out here Saturday morning and I was up and running in an hour. James was quick, professional, friendly and helpful. I was given 3 options for other items on the garage door that would be helpful for performance or maintenance. I was able to make the selection of what I wanted done with absolutely no pressure to do more. I highly recommend Precision.

We would like to say thank you to James, Magee , the way he went through step-by-step on what was wrong with our garage door, and what might need changing what is incredible. I learn more about garage doors than I ever had known when it was all said, and done this garage door was set to perfection. You can’t hardly even hear it roll up and down, so thank you for all your advice and thank you for getting us set up and it’s nice to have a 10 year warranty and know that our garage door is finally put up the right way with the right parts. I called Precision because my garage door would not open & I could not get my car out. The callback was fast & a technician was scheduled for later in the day. Much to my surprise he called & said he could come early. Lorenzo was so polite, professional & knowledgeable. He observed my Apple Watch & phone & explained that the opener would be connected to those devices. We made the decision to get a new opener, since mine was 15 years old. The installation was great & Lorenzo helped me get everything set up on my phone & gave me clear & simple instructions. The new system is awesome & the service was outstanding. So many times people don't call back or show up. To get same day service just made my life so much easier. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

I am soo happy with my new garage door. Frank and Jerry are highly skilled, strong, efficient, courteous, and surprisingly fast at their work. It took them no time at all to remove the old door and install the new. They kindly helped me move an object too big and heavy for me to move, they cleaned up everything when they were done and then helped me put the heavy object back in place! I would hire Frank and Jerry in a minute for more work. Precision Garage Door of Albuquerque is an excellent place to go if you need a new garage door.
