Called around noon and was provided an appointment that day. Technician arrived as was projected and diagnosed the problem then gave us several options to choose from for repairs from most economical to most expensive allowing us to decide and call back when we had done so. Problem and solution(s) were thoroughly and clearly explained as well as an explanation that if we chose them to do the repair we chose, they would not be charging us another fee to return. Thank you, Mike G.!!! Will definitely be calling them (him) to come back for the repair!!!

The technician, Lorenzo Herrera, was fantastic. He was very professional and focused on the work he did. He went over the operation of the new door in a very thorough and easy to understand manner. He represents your company well. We are very satisfied with the work he did. We will likely be replacing the garage door opener on a 2nd door we have. We would like to have Lorenzo do the work. We will contact you when we are ready to have this work done.

Tech Michael Glenn adjusted a garage door that wasn't engaging properly and replaced the 22-year-old springs in both doors that were no longer holding their tension properly. He was friendly and professional and explained everything well.

After having an excellent experience from our first call we had to make another call for service. They were on time and completed the service within 30 minutes. By the way, first call was eleven years ago. Great job!

I called on a Friday and someone arrived within 2 hours to install my garage door opener. Lorenzo Herrera was my technician and when he arrived he made some suggestions and quoted me a price to upgrade my old garage door system. I would easily give Lorenzo 5/5 stars for customer service, professionalism, and kindness. He is meticulous and did an outstanding job installing my garage door opener and upgrading my old system. He even took the time to help me understand how to use the myQ app on my phone. I would highly recommend Lorenzo for any job. I cannot recall the name of the person who answered the phone but she was very kind and courteous and took the time to be patient and answer all my questions.

My garage door would not open. I contacted another company and they couldn’t come out for two to three days. I searched on Google for a local company and the Precision Garage Door ad stated “same day service”. They live up to their claim. Frankie showed up within 2 hours of me calling them. He immediately performed a 28 point inspection and diagnosed the problem. I ended up purchasing a new belt drive system, replacing the noisy chain drive. We are extremely pleased with the new opener and with Frankie’s knowledge and personality. I highly recommend this professional company!!

I chose Precision Garage Door by chance off the Internet. I called them at about 9:30 AM on Tuesday, and was told a technician would be at my home between noon and 2 PM. Lorenzo arrived a bit before noon. After an inspection, he showed me that the cables were fraying and the bearings were not operating smoothly. He replaced the springs, cables, pulleys, bearings and all rollers and lubed all hinges by about 1 PM. He was cheerful, knowledgeable and very efficient. A huge thumbs up for PGD!

Needed the emergency service as the Garage door spring broke, locking both vehicles in the garage in a sense. The tech was prompt, knew exactly what to do, and got it done quickly with all the parts he needed on the truck. Price was a little high, but what else could I o. I was kind of over the barrel. Thanks

Oh man!! Precision Door was so good after I hit my door backing out of the garage. Frankie was the best!! He came out to do a quote quickly. Told me my different options. He was able to get the parts the same day! He even helped install the door even though he's now a technician and not an installer. I couldn't have asked for better service with such kindness! Thank you so much!

Precision Door has been by far the most professional and competent service we have ever used. Tony Acker and Lorenzo Herrera are extraordinary talented technicians. When it comes service and knowledge there is absolutely nothing they are not able to overcome. Professional, competent and courteous. Same day service and arrived earlier than scheduled. This is the second visit that they have completed. Just as expertly done as the first visit. Both our garage doors run beautifully and barely emit just a whisper of noise. Absolutely perfect in every respect!

I have used your company in the past and was very pleased with the results. However, this recent time I was not entirely satisfied. When I called to have work done I asked what the charges would be and I was told a price, which when the tech arrived was not true. I asked why and he said that he needed an adapter for the bottom of the door to do the job. Should have been told of this possibility when I called for appointment. Upshot was that this job cost 3 times what I was quoted. I felt that I was trapped into doing this repair because if I declined it would still cost me $80. The tech said it was already figured into the bill, very misleading. Will not use your company again, although was done satisfactorily.

Lorenzo and Fernando were terrific. They arrived promptly for an issue involving our garage door. Upon arrival they corrected our problem and helped us recognize an impending problem. Trusting their diagnosis we committed to resolving our issues. They immediately took action and several hours later completed the job. Following completion, Lorenzo carefully explained the solutions and adjustments that had been made. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we have received from Precision. Kudos to the team.
