We heard a loud bang as we closed the garage door Sunday morning. I called Precision and was able to schedule an appointment later that day! Called around noon and was provided an appointment that day. Technician arrived as was projected and diagnosed the problem then gave us several options to choose from for repairs from most economical to most expensive allowing us to decide and call back when we had done so. Problem and solution(s) were thoroughly and clearly explained as well as an explanation that if we chose them to do the repair we chose, they would not be charging us another fee to return. Mike from precision garage door was amazing and full of great suggestions and helped me pick out a new door color that I truly love. He also, braced the garage door so I could still use it until the new door comes in and they redo the garage doors! I am so excited about everything! Needed the emergency service as the Garage door spring broke, locking both vehicles in the garage in a sense. I have used your company in the past and was very pleased with the results. However,this recent time I was not entirely satisfied. When I called to have work done I asked what the charges would be and I was told a price,which when the tech arrived was not true. I asked why and he said that he needed an adapter for the bottom of the door to do the job. Should have been told of this possibility when I called for appointment. Upshot was that this job cost 3 times what I was quoted. I felt that I was trapped into doing this repair because if I declined it would still cost me $80. The tech said it was already figured into the bill, very misleading. Will not use your company again,although was done satisfactorily.

Mr. Michael Glenn came and inspected my double car garage door because it was making a horrible popping sound, the result of metal panels on the sectional door rubbing excessively on each other. He clearly explained what was going on with the door(20 years old) and made a few adjustments to help improve the situation, though he was unable to provide me with a long term solution. Unfortunately, the door needs to be replaced. HIs explanation was clear and obvious as he showed me the problems the door had. I appreciate his insight and felt he was a very honest person.

A few years ago, this company was available after hours installed my new garage door opener and always very helpful. Today my service was for regular inspection , maintenance and install a new smart garage video keypad the technician showed me how to use it and how to install the battery when it needs to be recharged.
