The tech arrived just a little bit late, but the roads were snow-packed & accident-littered & traffic was awful. It took him just a few minutes to adjust the programming on the garage door opener. Glad I bought that super-quiet opener with LIFETIME WARRANTY; the service call didn't cost me a cent.

Our garage door suddenly stopped lifting. We had an Angie's list deal offer for $99 inspection / maintenance / roller replacement. Crossed fingers - hoped it was a roller or something minor. Precision was able to schedule same day - sooner than we expected! Rudy called ahead and was right on time. Awesome service!!! We crunched our garage about 6:45 PM. By 8:00 P.M. Rudy had arrived and he was able to raise the door enough so we could get our car out of the garage. Then, he brought the door down and secured it so that we were safe. He was also able to help us with the purchase of a new door and explained our options. It will be here in a day and a half. He was so prompt and courteous. We were really impressed!

Old opener was sticking. My wife called early in the morning and made arrangements for a technician to come at 4 pm.
