The reason I chose Precision for my garage door needs is you came out at 10:30 at night when my garage door fell on all my belongings five years ago. No other business did that. It was the service of you coming out, not the cost. Two days later, you fixed the door by a new motor and all mechanics of the door plus a key pad. Because of the virus, the garage is clean and the door needed a tune-up because I can drive my car into the garage! Again, thank you! Tyler Amundson was great servicing the door! This past Friday I had the need to have my garage door repaired. I had used Precision Garage Doors to complete repairs in the past on a second home we own. When Tyler arrived, he was able to quickly assess the situation, gave me an estimate and proceeded to repair my garage door. Tyler was honest, efficient and extremely professional. I called Precision at 9AM on a Saturday and the technician named Tyler was dispatched to arrive between 10 and 12 noon. Tyler called requesting early arrival! I showed him the dilapidated mess of a 1980's garage door I needed fixed. Within 20 minutes Tyler had an estimate completed, stating that he could complete the job in 2 to 2 1/5 hours today including rehabbing the door, new opener, new rollers and new springs. I am totally impressed with Precision service. Made a call in the morning had an appointment that afternoon... On a Saturday! Tyler was very good at going over all the work details with me before and after the service call. He explained the total amount of all the charges with me as well. There was on part that he needed to complete the job. Instead of him having to stop work to go and get it. Another service tech delivered it to him. I am so impressed, that I would recommend Precision door to anyone. BTW.. having new weather stripping seals that I can now replace on my own. Big plus in my book... It's been our bad luck that every system and appliance in our house seems to break right before the chaos of the Thanksgiving holiday. This year, it was our garage door springs on a Friday night. Tyler from Precision was there the very next day at 9:30 a.m. to replace the springs. He also identified another broken component and came back at 3:30 p.m. with a replacement part. He was professional, punctual, pleasant and efficient. I also really liked the text message Precision sent me to confirm my appointment. It included Tyler's picture. Great service.

Your technician, Tyler Amundson, rescued us on this Saturday afternoon. A garage door spring broke and, since both vehicles were inside the garage when it broke, we were essentially marooned - that 18 foot door is too heavy to lift w/o the aid of springs. So, Tyler came and replaced both springs, and gave us a complete door tune-up. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He did a great job and our garage door works perfectly. Thanks Tyler.
