The reason I chose Precision for my garage door needs is you came out at 10:30 at night when my garage door fell on all my belongings five years ago. No other business did that. It was the service of you coming out, not the cost. Two days later, you fixed the door by a new motor and all mechanics of the door plus a key pad. I called Precision at 9AM on a Saturday and the technician named Tyler was dispatched to arrive between 10 and 12 noon. Tyler called requesting early arrival! A garage door spring broke and, since both vehicles were inside the garage when it broke, we were essentially marooned - that 18 foot door is too heavy to lift w/o the aid of springs.
