The service technician with Craig introduced himself, but I forgot his name! (sorry!) He was very professional and friendly. He was very knowledgable about the keypad and remotes that they installed. Also looked over the garage door and made recommendations for future, and 'oiled up' the bolts on the door for me! They both did a great job! Thanks also for coming out so quickly!

I chose Precision because they did not charge extra for weekend service. The tech installed new springs, rollers and sprockets and lubricated everything and was finished in 45 minutes. The garage door now works like new.

After 2 other garage door companies were unsatisfactory...one did not have a replacement on their truck even when I requested that incase mine was not repairable to save time since I had to take off work, the other company said they did not repair the popular name brand one I had. It is not handy to have a malfunctioning garage door so I asked my friends and they all recommended Precision. Should have asked sooner. They came the next morning and were done promptly and professionally. Great service!

I was very pleased with the job these guys did. There was a small misunderstanding with the runners being replaced or fixed, however, the job was taken care of. I wonder with the amount spent to fix vs getting a new door will be worth it, but with a lifetime warranty, I do feel pleased that the door will work correctly. Thank you very much. Hopefully, I wont have to get back in contact in the future, as I was assured that the door is very sturdy.

Hopefully, the above review shows 5 clicked stars! I encountered a small emergency, i.e. could not open garage door automatically or manually and needed to make a trip! Your 24 hour emergency service line in your yellow pages ad caught my attention in particular. You managed to send timely help even though it was mid-PM. The service was subsequently performed beautifully by Rudy and Adam -- both excellent representatives of your company -- personable, professional and skilled. The same applies to the young woman who answered my call! (Put a little extra in their pay envelope please!) Thanks for helping me out so fast and so completely. Several months ago we had gotten the roller replacement/tune-up special from Angie's List. That service was done well and the tech was skilled and knowlegable, so when one of our springs (30 years old) broke, we went with Precision again. 2 for 2. Same day service. Gary was on time,a little early actually, skilled, knowlegable and had the springs, bearings, cables done in about an hour. With the rollers done a few months ago, the door is quieter and opens more easily than it has in years.

I found your ad in the Yellow Pages of Dex. I had already checked with two other companies including Sears (the brand name of my garage door opener). Your ad mentioned repair of ALL major brands and listed broken springs, cables, rollers, etc. which to me, meant that you would really try to fix the garage door opener before trying to sell me another one. Another thing that stood out about your ad is that it mentioned, "no extra charge for nights and weekends". Since I work all week, the only time I could schedule an appointment would be evenings or weekends. Your technician, Gary Lang, was very knowledgeable and worked quickly. He gave me three options, but due to the fact that I do not intend on living here for a lifetime, I chose the repair. Gary worked quickly and was done in no time.
