We had an automatic garage door opener installed on January 16th. We would like to highly commend Ruben for the wonderful job he did for us. He was very professional and his work was superior. We could not have been more pleased. The following day we had a few glitches to be worked out and Ruben returned and fixed the few porblems that we had. Gary performed a complete overhaul of our garage door including: springs, rollers, center bearing plate, black and red 234-35, both cables and drums replaced, and lube & tune. The week before Christmas 2013, I requested an estimate to replace a garage door one of my tenants drove his car through. The garage has plumbing and I was concerned about pipes freezing. Gary showed up promptly and on time. The estimated cost was extremely competitive and after considering other options, I decided to have the work done. The crew showed up a day later and masterfully completed the work in under two hours. The craftsmanship was there and they did not try to charge me for other items I did not need. I am usually a self maintainer and could have done the work myself but with these guys doing the work, there is no way I could have done the work this quickly, this well, or at this price. If you need a garage door, these are the guys to use! Thanks All!

I like the new door: sturdy and well-installed. It closes smoothly and snugly against the seal. Ruben did a great job with the work but also with explaining and answering questions.

The technician did a good job installing the door frame, door rails, and door. However, I was not pleased with the way the rubber seal was kinked due to a wrapping strap during shipment. This kind in the rubber seal creates an air gap between the bottom of the garage door and the floor. The installer said the kink in the rubber seal will go away when the weather warms up. Until the kink goes away or the rubber seal is replaced I do not consider this installation completed in an acceptable manner.

I had selected Precision previously to replace the motor and track mechanism. Therefore, I called back when I had a broken spring. Erica was absolutely delightful to deal with. To my surprise, a technician was available within a few hours. Gary showed up, we had a couple of laughs together as he prepared his quote, and within an hour all was fixed with no surprises. This is the way business should be conducted.
