I can't believe that my door is worse now before spending $180 installing a new rubber bottom strip on my door. My wife was told to call a concrete company to come out and sand the concrete level. Thank you for the feedback and for giving us an opportunity to come out and make things right. After receiving this feedback I personally drove out to the customer's home to make some needed adjustments to the springs, cables and opener settings to ensure a better seal along the garage floor. This job was a bit unique because we replaced the original weatherseal with a Rodent Guard weatherseal. The Rodent Guard weatherseal is very stiff and not easy to work with in situations where there is uneven concrete, but you are correct that it should not be worse after we have done our work. We were able to close this gap with the adjustments I made and the customer was much happier with the outcome than originally communicated. Thank you again for allowing us to come back out to your home and correcting this situation!

Gary arrived ahead of schedule and was courteous and professional. He let us know our options but was never pushy. In the end, our garage door is better than it ever was and we cannot thank you all enough! I will be sure to recommend Precision Door Service to friends and family.

The service was to have a person come by and give me an estimate on a new garage door. The technician who came by was very helpful. He sat down and took time to explain the different options with me. He was very sincere. The quote was several hundred dollars more than 2 other garage door companies had provided, but the technician explained the differences well.

I called for a repair and within an hour I was already getting a call from the technician to tell me he was 20 minutes out. So they had a very fast response time and Gary was extremely professional and not pushy when giving me the quotes and packages they offer. I thought it would take hours to repair the spring and do everything else and it took less than an hour. All in all very courteous, quick, and stress free. I would definitely suggest this company for any repairs.

Both times the workmen have been exceptionally polite and helpful in their explanations, making it easier for me as a handicapped person to deal with a situation I could little observe or understand. Very pleasant technician and fast service. However I feel we paid quite a premium for the one opener purchased, and for the install of two openers. The technician gave some good advice about applying lithium grease ( a spray application available at home improvement stores similar to WD-40) to the door hinges and springs, and screw drive of one opener, but for the price paid I think spraying these items could have been included. Also, there was not great care taken to pick up all the trash afterward and I cleaned up numerous wire cuttings myself, which was disappointing. There is an internet coupon available, but the technician did not mention it. I wonder if there were other savings opportunities not communicated. This does not leave the most trusting impression.

I called to get my garage door fixed because it would not close or open properly. I was able to get a same day appointment for 2-4pm. Got an e-mail showing a photo of who would be coming(Max). He also did the installation of the manual mechanism (some kind of bolt, I think) that seems would work great whenever we have need of open the garage manually -for example, when there is a power outage or we (again) forget the remote inside the garage. Arrived on time, courteous, fast service, knowledgeable. The job installation of a rubber seal on a two car garage door was physically too big to be handled by one person, and the owner, an elderly person who is not too strong, had to help to pull the seal through.

Our garage door suddenly slammed shut at 6 pm. My car was trapped inside and I had to go to work the next morning. I called precision. They were very nice. Rudy came out and fixed it within an hour. My only complaint was the cost. I felt this was very expensive but had no that late at night.

The repairman was on time & very professional. There has been an ongoing problem with the garage door not closing-we thought it must be going off the rail. Like the car that stops making the noise just as you take it in to be repaired. the door seemed to be fine--he took the time to look more closely, though & discovered that the roller wheels were too small & needed to be replaced. I was impressed and very pleased by the no fuss no hard sell service.
