I saw your company's truck parked across the street from my house. I needed a new garage door opener so I got your phone number off the truck and made a cold call. It was arranged for a tech to come over as soon as he finished the job across the street. He was pleasant, and efficient. Thank you.

Rudy called me first thing this morning to give me a time when he would be at my house, I must admit I was surprised when he showed up on time, something that is a rarity in my experience. I explained my problem, what I tried to do and within minutes Rudy found the problem and within a rather short period of time my door was working better than it had in years....

I have an oversized double garage door with massive torsion springs. I found Precision while trying to compare repair companies. The reviews were positive and I needed it fixed asap. The serviceman arrived within 3 hours of the call and replaced the springs within the hour. Kind, courteous and efficient. My only issue was when the bill was paid my coupon was not applied. Will use again.

Craig and his team provided superb service, installation and information. My garage door was giving me all kinds of problems so I called Precision. After a couple of visits, Craig and Gary set me up with a new opener and spring system that is phenomenal. I highly recommend them for any issues you may have.

Gary showed up in good time; explained needed work and options for repair; completed work, with verbal and written guarantee of service. Expensive (even with military discount), but needed to be done, and I was left with a feeling of confidence that I can rely on your service and company for future garage door problems.

Rudy was here very quickly, even sooner than we expected. He was very polite and helpful. We need to order a new panel and he helped us with that and helped us seal up our garage until that panel can be replaced. Thank you so much for your help.

Rudy was more than just knowledgeable in his work. He gave us detailed answers we could understand. He was very pleasant and friendly. He made sure that we were well taken care of. We had a garage door repair done and it was completed in a very timely manner. He explained that the product is of top quality and that it has a life time warranty for what we purchased. He reminded us that if anything happens to the repair to please call immediately so that they can come out and take care of it quickly. By Rudy being so thorough we felt at ease. The garage door works as if it were new again. Thanks for the excellent workmanship and customer service.

Craig did a terrific job repairing my door/operator in a short amount of time. He was very informative in explaining many details about my door's condition and offered tips on maintenance and pointed out things to watch for. I am very pleased with the service and will certainly recommend Precision Door to my friends.

Fast service, the technician Rudy arrived in just under an hour after I called on a Friday evening. He fixed the problem in about 30 minutes and we were back in business. I liked the service, and felt the quick response was great. If I had to list one con, it would be the cost, but it was probably not out of line for an emergency service like this.

My husband originally depended on Angie's List and called a competitor who guaranteed quick service...they never returned his call. We thought our door opener needed a quick repair. Unfortunately, that was not the case and although the technician offered to order the broken piece, it became clear that we needed to replace the opener. He was very professional and never pushed the issue. We elected for a certain model and he installed it within an hour. Although we didn't intend to spend the money, we have a high quality product that makes us realize how poorly our previous door opener was functioning, even when it was working "properly". We applaud your company for its quick and professional service. We also want to recognize Max for his personal professionalism and diligence in providing us all the options prior to our purchase.

Mr. Amundson came to diagnose our remote control, which wasn't working. It only needed a battery replacement. Why didn't I think of that? Very nice gentleman.
