Called at 7:30am and was able to get tech here shortly after 10 am. Appreciated the short time frame as I was unable to get my car out of the garage(I have a heavy garage door). Springs and rollers replaced within 1 1/2 hours.

Your technician /service person came to my home and resolved nothing. They told my wife they didn't have the replacement spring to fix my garage door and that they would send and estimate for a new door.Never heard from them again...so I guess I am going to head over to Lowes or some operation like that and price doors. Thanks.

This level of service you experienced is totally unacceptable and I can only apologize to you for how you were treated. We strive to offer the best possible experience and we obviously did not meet the mark with this call. At times we are required to obtain a part we do not have, or may have run out of on a busy day, but there is no excuse why we did not get back with you. I could not believe the fast response to my request I was still on the phone with AHS and you were calling me to make a appointment. The appt. was made the same day between 3 and 5 pm. When your tech. arrived before 5 I was really impressed with him he was really into his work and really knew his job. He was also very personable and swift at his job. The service technician with Craig introduced himself, but I forgot his name! (sorry!) He was very professional and friendly. He was very knowledgable about the keypad and remotes that they installed. Also looked over the garage door and made recommendations for future, and 'oiled up' the bolts on the door for me! They both did a great job! Thanks also for coming out so quickly!

I chose Precision because they did not charge extra for weekend service. The tech installed new springs, rollers and sprockets and lubricated everything and was finished in 45 minutes. The garage door now works like new.

After 2 other garage door companies were unsatisfactory...one did not have a replacement on their truck even when I requested that incase mine was not repairable to save time since I had to take off work, the other company said they did not repair the popular name brand one I had. It is not handy to have a malfunctioning garage door so I asked my friends and they all recommended Precision. Should have asked sooner. They came the next morning and were done promptly and professionally. Great service!

I was very pleased with the job these guys did. There was a small misunderstanding with the runners being replaced or fixed, however, the job was taken care of. I wonder with the amount spent to fix vs getting a new door will be worth it, but with a lifetime warranty, I do feel pleased that the door will work correctly. Thank you very much. Hopefully, I wont have to get back in contact in the future, as I was assured that the door is very sturdy.

Hopefully, the above review shows 5 clicked stars! I encountered a small emergency, i.e. could not open garage door automatically or manually and needed to make a trip! Your 24 hour emergency service line in your yellow pages ad caught my attention in particular. You managed to send timely help even though it was mid-PM. The service was subsequently performed beautifully by Rudy and Adam -- both excellent representatives of your company -- personable, professional and skilled. The same applies to the young woman who answered my call! (Put a little extra in their pay envelope please!) Thanks for helping me out so fast and so completely. Several months ago we had gotten the roller replacement/tune-up special from Angie's List. That service was done well and the tech was skilled and knowlegable, so when one of our springs (30 years old) broke, we went with Precision again. 2 for 2. Same day service. Gary was on time,a little early actually, skilled, knowlegable and had the springs, bearings, cables done in about an hour. With the rollers done a few months ago, the door is quieter and opens more easily than it has in years.
