First call was late on Friday night when I had accidently backed into the door damaging it enough that it would not close. Rudy responded quickly, calling me back within 10 minutes to let me know what time he would arrive. He was able to repair the door enough to get it closed and helped me select a replacement door. He showed up at the appointed time to install the replacement and quickly removed the old door and installed the new one. He was friendly and professional at all times.

I want to apologize for any confusion regarding your service call charge. Our call center is instructed to explain that the service fee is for our technician to drive out to the customer's home and perform a very detailed 25-point safety inspection, review this information with the customer, and then determine what, if any, work will be performed. We record each customer call for training purposes and I had an opportunity to listen to your call. I apologize that the call center did not explain that if you decided the estimate to repair was too high that you would still be required to pay the service call charge.

Website had professional look and lots of useful information. Showing pictures of technicians showed pride in employees. Rudy was very thorough in explaining what was broken and what the repair options were. Seemed pretty expensive but the lifetime warranty was what sold me on the complete repair package. Hope you are still in business when it breaks again.

The 1-800 number listed on our Marantec manual suggested we go to their website and find an authorized dealer. You were the 1st on their list. It was 6:30 in the morning and when I called you had an 8 to 10am appt available so I took it! Max was very professional and competent....I was at work by 10:00 this morning. Thanks!

Max was very professional and did not try to take advantage of the situation. My garage door was kicked in during an attempted burglary. He could have easily told me to replace the entire door. Instead, he reinforced my door and it is working great. He saved my $1,000! Thank you Max!!

Your technician /service person came to my home and resolved nothing. They told my wife they didn't have the replacement spring to fix my garage door and that they would send and estimate for a new door.Never heard from them again...so I guess I am going to head over to Lowes or some operation like that and price doors. Thanks.

This level of service you experienced is totally unacceptable and I can only apologize to you for how you were treated. We strive to offer the best possible experience and we obviously did not meet the mark with this call. At times we are required to obtain a part we do not have, or may have run out of on a busy day, but there is no excuse why we did not get back with you. Please accept my apology and know I will follow up with my entire team to reiterate my expectations as to how a customer will be taken care of.

I could not believe the fast response to my request I was still on the phone with AHS and you were calling me to make a appointment. The appt. was made the same day between 3 and 5 pm. When your tech. arrived before 5 I was really impressed with him he was really into his work and really knew his job. He was also very personable and swift at his job. The service technician with Craig introduced himself, but I forgot his name! (sorry!) He was very professional and friendly. He was very knowledgable about the keypad and remotes that they installed. Also looked over the garage door and made recommendations for future, and 'oiled up' the bolts on the door for me! They both did a great job! Thanks also for coming out so quickly!

I chose Precision because they did not charge extra for weekend service. The tech installed new springs, rollers and sprockets and lubricated everything and was finished in 45 minutes. The garage door now works like new.

Gary and Max were very professional and actually arrived early. Gary called prior to arriving. Though the issue was owner caused, they were gracious in not making me feel stupid. After 2 other garage door companies were unsatisfactory...one did not have a replacement on their truck even when I requested that incase mine was not repairable to save time since I had to take off work, the other company said they did not repair the popular name brand one I had. It is not handy to have a malfunctioning garage door so I asked my friends and they all recommended Precision. Should have asked sooner. They came the next morning and were done promptly and professionally. Great service!
