We were provided your company name through AHS Home Warranty. The electrical unit on our garage door was replaced due to the old one being at least 22 years old and inoperable. We chose Precision because they are an authorized dealer/service company for Marantec products and that's the brand of garage door opener that we have. Gary arrived on time, knew the job well, diagnosed several problems we were having and had everything he needed to repair it all. I called for a repair and within an hour I was already getting a call from the technician to tell me he was 20 minutes out. So they had a very fast response time and Gary was extremely professional and not pushy when giving me the quotes and packages they offer. I thought it would take hours to repair the spring and do everything else and it took less than an hour. All in all very courteous, quick, and stress free. I would definitely suggest this company for any repairs.

Second time I've used your service, the first from a groupon offer. Both times the workmen have been exceptionally polite and helpful in their explanations, making it easier for me as a handicapped person to deal with a situation I could little observe or understand. (The door had come off its tracks.) I'm sorry to say, I can't recall the man's name.

Very pleasant technician and fast service. However I feel we paid quite a premium for the one opener purchased, and for the install of two openers. The technician gave some good advice about applying lithium grease ( a spray application available at home improvement stores similar to WD-40) to the door hinges and springs, and screw drive of one opener, but for the price paid I think spraying these items could have been included. Also, there was not great care taken to pick up all the trash afterward and I cleaned up numerous wire cuttings myself, which was disappointing. There is an internet coupon available, but the technician did not mention it. I wonder if there were other savings opportunities not communicated. This does not leave the most trusting impression.

I called to get my garage door fixed because it would not close or open properly. I was able to get a same day appointment for 2-4pm. Got an e-mail showing a photo of who would be coming(Max). Rudy, the technician, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also did the installation of the manual mechanism (some kind of bolt, I think) that seems would work great whenever we have need of open the garage manually -for example, when there is a power outage or we (again) forget the remote inside the garage. Arrived on time, courteous, fast service, knowledgeable. The job installation of a rubber seal on a two car garage door was physically too big to be handled by one person, and the owner, an elderly person who is not too strong, had to help to pull the seal through.

Our garage door suddenly slammed shut at 6 pm. My car was trapped inside and I had to go to work the next morning. I called precision. They were very nice. Rudy came out and fixed it within an hour. My only complaint was the cost. I felt this was very expensive but had no that late at night.

We appreciated the prompt service call on this past Friday night. We had some repairs done on the garage door springs in Jan. 2013 by your company and they have been doing the job nicely. It was known that the actual door would need to be replaced because of damage to the top panel when the springs gave way and it can crashing down. The Nice technician was Rudy Vallejos. The repairman was on time & very professional. There has been an ongoing problem with the garage door not closing-we thought it must be going off the rail. Like the car that stops making the noise just as you take it in to be repaired. the door seemed to be fine--he took the time to look more closely, though & discovered that the roller wheels were too small & needed to be replaced. I was impressed and very pleased by the no fuss no hard sell service.

I have an oversized double garage door with massive torsion springs. I found Precision while trying to compare repair companies. The reviews were positive and I needed it fixed asap. The serviceman arrived within 3 hours of the call and replaced the springs within the hour. Kind, courteous and efficient. My only issue was when the bill was paid my coupon was not applied.
