Appreciate Precision being open on weekends. Gary was very nice. New opener very quiet. Expensive, but if it lasts 30 years I'll be happy:)

Trevor was very helpful in diagnosing our problem. We chose to buy a new opener and replace the garage door wheels. Opener is working great and we are pleasantly surprised by quietness. Also appreciate having new opener programmed to our vehicles. Would highly recommend Precision.

I was so impressed with the prompt response I received. My garage door broke on a Sunday morning. I called and Gary came out on Sunday early afternoon and got the door up and running. Can't say enough great things. Also, I got an email confirmation with his picture so I knew exactly who to expect. Highly recommend this company and Gary!

We were having so many problems. Gary came and did an overhaul on our garage then two days later it wouldn't close. I called Gary and he came back and fixed it. So far no problems. He was very nice and prompt about coming back. EXCELLENT JOB.

I think Rudy was the gentleman who fixed my door in a very fast, prompt and efficient way. He made me feel comfortable with his prompt, polite mannerism. I also know I have a guarantee on the work and it gives me comfort. I picked the right company to do the job. No doubt I will refer any of my friends who have a garage door issue. Thank you again.

We highly recommend this company and Rudy, the service technician who worked on our door. Rudy was professional, knowledgeable, explained our options and choices thoroughly and repaired the door in record time. The company immediately set the time for the appointment, confirmed it by email and Rudy called shortly before arriving promptly on time. Service all the way around was excellent and our garage door works better than ever. Thank you!

The technician, Gary, was very helpful and knowledgeable about his job and the product. He explained every detail very well. Provided the cost before any work was done and allowed me time to make my decision. Work was done to my satisfaction and Gary has a great attitude toward his job.

My garage door would not close and I called my usual service company for help; regretfully, they are no longer my service company! They had no time to help for a week. I checked the Yellow Pages and found Precision. They came same day; I got a new garage door opener and I couldn't be happier. Technically my old opener was obsolete and I'm happy I replaced it. The new one is quiet and has many great features. The service people were knowledgeable and very easy to work with during the diagnosis and explanation of replacement. Garage doors can't stay open for a week while you wait for service.....call Precision! I did!

The owners and managers of Precision Door stand behind their products and workmanship. Not that they shouldn't but few companies do. While my double door was installed last spring they came running to resolve a serious problem that appeared in December, probably a delayed issue until we experienced some cold weather. The door wouldn't shut completely and the arm that manipulates the door bent the top panel. They not only replaced the panel but reset the tracks. It's working perfectly now. I would not hesitate to use Precision again. Just wish they did other things!

Did great work. Just wished the people I spoke with on the phone would help give some pricing on what things cost, even if it is rough. It would have been nice to not be surprised that replacing the springs and rollers on my garage would cost 500.00. Thanks

Complete garage door overhaul. This included springes, rollers, all new bearings and cables. Also installed new garage door opener with new mounting rail and hook. Added saftey eyes. Garage door would not open with or without a remote. I could not get my car out of the garage. Called the company Saturday morning and got an appointment the same day. The technician called and arrived early. Gary went over the problem and gave me estimates. Said the parts had a lifetime guarantee. I opted for the overhaul and a new door opener. Pricey but well worth it. The door opens and closes quietly now. I am happy. Gary answered all my questions and concerns satisfactorly and in a professional manner. I recommend this company highly.

Thank you very much for the prompt and effective repair of my heavy garage door on a cold and dark night. The prompt service was particularly appreciated as I will be leaving for a period of time this weekend and the house would not have been secure with the garage door jammed partially open. I was impressed with the efficiency and courtesy of those doing the repair, particularly Rudy who had to make the trip home to Los Lunas at 11:00 p.m. Thank you, Richard M.

Discovering our garage door wouldn't open at all, I googled garage door companies in our area. Precision impressed me with their attention to our needs, the promptness of scheduling a same day service appointment, and the follow through. Our service tech called before our scheduled appointment and asked if he could come earlier (perfect). He assessed our problem quickly and said he could get it in complete working order within the hour. And he did! He was thorough, professional, and reliable. Precision far outranked the other companies I'd called.
