At the beginning of the week, my garage door decided it didn't want to work anymore. After calling another provider and being told the earliest they could provide service was in 1 week, I called Precision. A technician was dispatched and was at my home within a hour. The technician assessed the situation, repaired my garage door within a couple of hours and gave me instructions on how to use/maintain the garage door. Overall a very good experience!!

My garage door malfunctioned right after lunch on a Saturday afternoon and wouldn't open..I pushed the button..and nothing happened. I wanted someone to solve my problem on Saturday, or at worst on Sunday. I didn't want someone with a pickup truck and a few tools. I wanted someone to give me the service...not just for one day...but someone I could count on in the future. I found an ad in the yellow pages and called. Erica answered the phone, and the first thing I asked was "Are you and answering service or is this the real deal?". She answered that she works for the company (I think she owns the company)She sent Gary out, and luckily, I received a call from him and he was able to come out an hour earlier than I had expected (which pleased me). Gary is a true professional and I would enthusiastically recommend him and Precision Garage Doors to my friends and neighbors and anyone else who needs their service.

Excellent service- showed up at 5:40pm (within 1 hour 40 minutes after my request),when estimated time was between 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Very reasonable price, repair completed in less than 1 hour. Service tech had a lot of experience and knowledge. Call center (Melissa) was courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend that you call this company first, I will use them again.

Our garage door spring broke at 6pm in the evening. Our vehicle was stuck in the garage and we didn't think we would get service until the next day (if we were lucky). I found the website for Precision and saw that they offered evening service at no extra charge. We called and had our garage door fixed by 9pm this evening! Great service, quick follow up and friendly service tech! VERY IMPRESSED!

Trevor was a great technician and conducted his business as a total professional. My only concern was not on his part but the person who quoted the $49.50 fee over the phone. Within a minute of him getting out of the truck suddenly the fee jumped to $89, then after replacing the wireless keypad the end total was $129. Your phone agents need to explain these charges more clearly so that customers can make an informed decision.

I was so impressed with the prompt response I received. My garage door broke on a Sunday morning. I called and Gary came out on Sunday early afternoon and got the door up and running. Can't say enough great things. Also, I got an email confirmation with his picture so I knew exactly who to expect. Highly recommend this company and Gary!
