After 2 other garage door companies were unsatisfactory...one did not have a replacement on their truck even when I requested that incase mine was not repairable to save time since I had to take off work, the other company said they did not repair the popular name brand one I had. It is not handy to have a malfunctioning garage door so I asked my friends and they all recommended Precision. Should have asked sooner. They came the next morning and were done promptly and professionally. Great service!

I was very pleased with the job these guys did. There was a small misunderstanding with the runners being replaced or fixed, however, the job was taken care of. I wonder with the amount spent to fix vs getting a new door will be worth it, but with a lifetime warranty, I do feel pleased that the door will work correctly. Thank you very much. Hopefully, I wont have to get back in contact in the future, as I was assured that the door is very sturdy.

Several months ago we had gotten the roller replacement/tune-up special from Angie's List. That service was done well and the tech was skilled and knowlegable, so when one of our springs (30 years old) broke, we went with Precision again. 2 for 2. Same day service. Gary was on time,a little early actually, skilled, knowlegable and had the springs, bearings, cables done in about an hour. With the rollers done a few months ago, the door is quieter and opens more easily than it has in years.

I found your ad in the Yellow Pages of Dex. I had already checked with two other companies including Sears (the brand name of my garage door opener). Your ad mentioned repair of ALL major brands and listed broken springs, cables, rollers, etc. which to me, meant that you would really try to fix the garage door opener before trying to sell me another one. Another thing that stood out about your ad is that it mentioned, "no extra charge for nights and weekends". Since I work all week, the only time I could schedule an appointment would be evenings or weekends. Your technician, Gary Lang, was very knowledgeable and worked quickly. He gave me three options, but due to the fact that I do not intend on living here for a lifetime, I chose the repair. Gary worked quickly and was done in no time. I am very happy with the customer service I received both on the phone scheduling the appointment and with the repair service. You have a very good employee in Gary.
