I was very pleased with the job these guys did. There was a small misunderstanding with the runners being replaced or fixed, however, the job was taken care of. I wonder with the amount spent to fix vs getting a new door will be worth it, but with a lifetime warranty, I do feel pleased that the door will work correctly. Thank you very much. Hopefully, I wont have to get back in contact in the future, as I was assured that the door is very sturdy.

The service was subsequently performed beautifully by Rudy and Adam -- both excellent representatives of your company -- personable, professional and skilled. Several months ago we had gotten the roller replacement/tune-up special from Angie's List. That service was done well and the tech was skilled and knowlegable, so when one of our springs (30 years old) broke, we went with Precision again. 2 for 2. Same day service. Gary was on time,a little early actually, skilled, knowlegable and had the springs, bearings, cables done in about an hour. With the rollers done a few months ago, the door is quieter and opens more easily than it has in years.

I was directed to Precision looking for someone to repair my old LiftMaster. The website was very convincing. I called and they scheduled a repairman for the very next day. Rudy and his assistant showed up right on time and we made the decision to replace our old equipment. Rudy was efficient, courteous and thorough. We are extremely pleased with our decision to put in the new belt driven unit. What a difference!

I found your ad in the Yellow Pages of Dex. I had already checked with two other companies including Sears (the brand name of my garage door opener). Your ad mentioned repair of ALL major brands and listed broken springs, cables, rollers, etc. which to me, meant that you would really try to fix the garage door opener before trying to sell me another one. Another thing that stood out about your ad is that it mentioned, "no extra charge for nights and weekends". Since I work all week, the only time I could schedule an appointment would be evenings or weekends. Your technician, Gary Lang, was very knowledgeable and worked quickly. He gave me three options, but due to the fact that I do not intend on living here for a lifetime, I chose the repair. Gary worked quickly and was done in no time. I am very happy with the customer service I received both on the phone scheduling the appointment and with the repair service. You have a very good employee in Gary. I called at 9:30 after hitting my garage door. I had to pick my child at my school by 3 and my other child was sleeping. The tech called me at 11 and said he could be at my house in 15 minutes and he was. I thought I need a new door,however the tech said he could fix it with in an hour without any new parts for an affordable price. He said he was not there to sell me anything I did not need. He did finish with in 1 hour and all was perfect without waking up the baby. Awesome service, honest business, expeditious and affordable. I will recommend to everyone I know.

Technician arrived soon after I called. Had called Precision because you were the ones who came quickly and replaced the motor when the original quit working. I appreciate prompt service. The only service we required at this time was to lubricate the tracks or whatever.
