I love my new garage door. Ruben and Tyler did an excellent job in removing the old manual garage door and installing a brand new garage door with an electronic opener. Both were very professional and courteous. I was shown how to operate the new garage door and performing maintenance on the garage door. All the old parts of the garage door was removed from the premises and I'm glad that I didn't have to take it to the dump. I can't wait to spread the word about the workmanship done on my garage door. I'm happy that I used Precision Garage Door for my installation of the garage door. Thank you very much!

If I remember correctly we looked at your ad in Yellow Pages, and felt you were the best choice for us. We did choose a good company!! We have been happy and pleased with your product and service. Lorenzo gave us a call to let us know what time he would be here. He checked out the problem, beside the broken spring there was rollers that needed to be replaced. He gave us a total price before started. He was dressed and preformed very professional, and explained what he was doing. We are very pleased with our choice of garage door service. Our garage door spring broke as the door was opening, rending the door inoperable. This was a Saturday morning. I quickly consulted Angie's List for garage door companies. Precision appeared to have the best reviews so I called. Craig came out within 2 hours to fix. He was very professional and clearly described our options. Excellent experience!

Same day service. Opener broke on 4th of July weekend and I didn't want my car sitting outside. Called a little before 9 am and technician (Ryan) was there by 9:45. Inspected the whole system, explained what was broken, and made recommendations for replacement. Ryan was very upfront about costs, and offered a generous discount. He said work would be done in about an hour and it was. All in all I was very pleased with Precision, and especially impressed with Ryan's professionalism.

So far, I would rate the company a 5 out of 5. They were early, updated me and very surprisingly, did not try to oversell a product. I also like that the estimates are all inclusive. You don't get one price for the door and then labor and etc added on. Just the tax. Very refreshing! Will definitely be recommending this company to everyone I can think of!
