My opener was broken with my car inside. I called and had a tech at my home in an hour. Rudy was awesome and had everything working in 30 minutes. I did buy a new opener since mine was 15 years old and had become unreliable. Thanks so much.

Precision provides excellent same day service. Our technician, Craig, did an impeccable job of inspecting and providing honest recommendations regarding the repair status of our garage door opener and garage door parts. Our garage door was back in working order in less than 2 hours, and is working better than ever. We now have a super quiet garage door. I highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs!

I want to share my thanks and appreciation for Precision and its techs that came out and fixed/replaced my garage motor. I could buy high quality parts from a lot of places, but it's harder to find a place that offers high quality parts and is timely, thorough, AND willing to answer any questions about their service and/or products. I also enjoy the strong family presence in this company.

I went through Home Advisor to find someone to repair my garage door. I thought it would be a small repair...boy was I wrong! Lorenzo did a complete check on all of the parts, provided a quote and spent 2 hours doing all the work to repair the door/springs. It was a lot more than I had anticipated, but it all has a lifetime warranty now. I am very happy with the thorough and professional work provided!

I heard about Precision from a neighbor, who recommended the company to fix my old garage door. The day after I called, Lorenzo Herrera arrived on time, and quickly and professionally installed a new garage opener and fixed the springs on my door. I appreciate the outstanding service and would recommend Precision to my family and friends.

I must say I was so impressed with the service and professionalism of My Technician Rudy and of course Precision Over Head Door. I would give you a grade of 10 but your grade scale goes to 5..so 5 it is. From here on Precision Door is who I call. In addition to repair to my garage door opener ..which required two new opener units. Rudy did a routine maintenance on the door. And he did this in record time.

I found you on Angie's List last year and booked you for a service call. I was impressed with the technician, the promptness of making an appointment and arriving at the designated time promised. When I had a problem yesterday, I again called you for a service call and was given a very quick appointment. The technician, Lorenzo Herrera was on time, courteous, instructive and very pleasant. I would not hesitate to use your company again for any issue I have with my garage door.

Not very happy because supposedly had a lifetime warranty on my coil spring but they did not honor it because it wasn't in their computer. Probably because the company got bought out a few years ago but I had their sticker which was placed on my door opener which I was told that's all I needed but not so. So I have another guarantee on this one for 600$. I hope it lasts and they honor their guarantee. The installer was very nice.

Your webpage led me to call when a spring broke on my garage door. Rudy was helpful in explaining to me what I needed. It was more money than I wanted to spend, but I'm hoping to have no more issues.
