Called today to schedule an appointment, and I asked for 2pm. Gary was sitting in the driveway when I arrived home at 2PM! Great start. He was professional, knowledgeable and was able to get the work done in less than an hour. Very impressive and I'd recommend Precision to anyone!

First my overall rating is 5 stars. Rudy came and did a great job the on the estimate a few days. Today Ruben and his assistant did a great job and completed the garage door replacement and installation of the new door in less than 2 hours. They arrived right on time and all three technicians, during the two visits, were very professional and extremely courteous. Gary came to help us out with our garage door as a part of our Home Warranty coverage. He was fast and friendly and within an hr and a half had a new garage door opener installed along with new rollers and approval from our home warranty company! He was courteous and kind and did an excellent job explaining what he did and making sure I understood how to operate my equipment and the differences from my previous machine.
