I've had issues with my garage door after I messed it up years ago. Gary has been great, taking care of it, fixing current problems and taking care of what could be future problems. Freindly and courteous, he has done a great job and even takes the time to teach me for my own personal knowledge. I would recommend Gary to anyone asking about garage door service. I truly appreciate the care I e received from you all. Thanks. I don't see the option below, but everything I have besides the physical door is Preciscion products now. Our garage door opener failed to function and, after checking all the obvious factors, determined that we needed service. Precision is who responded to our call. Their Yellow Pages ad said they could fix our door today and they did. The technician, Gary, who came out quickly determined that our 15-year old opener needed replacement and he took care of it. He explained the details, answered questions, walked me through the new opener, had a great attitude, and was very professional. Great job, Precision!

I did a very stupid thing and backed into my garage door when it was half was up. It broke my back car window and knocked the door off the track. It trapped my car in the garage. I called Precision at about 4:30pm and explained the situation. They managed to get someone to my home in Santa Fe before 6pm. What great service! The technician was very nice and managed to get the door working so I could get my car out of the garage. He even helped me put plastic over the broken back window. He made sure the garage door opener was disconnected and ordered a new door. I told him I had problems with mice invading the garage so he ordered the new door with rodent guard. The technicians who came to install the door were equally nice, professional and made sure that the outdoor keypad and my garage door openers were working on the new door. I am very pleased with the professionalism, service and promptness of this company. Use them and you will be satisfied.

Gary serviced my problem unit. He troubleshot the problem quickly and fixed a loose connection at the control panel that had happened intermittently in the past. Gary actually called about 15min before he arrived (as I'd requested with the operator when I placed the repair order on the phone) AND he actually arrived a bit early. Gary has helped me once before with another problem and, as today, was courteous and fully explained what he found was wrong, how he corrected the problem and mentioned what to look for on the control unit if the problem code(s) reappeared. Only time will tell if this repair with permanently solve the problem, but I believe that it will and have total confidence in Gary's repair. Thanks, Gary

Gary, 1- Call prior to coming to let us know he was enroute. 2- Greeted him at the door, quickly assessed the situation, knew exactly what the issue was and begin repair. 3- His attention to detail was above reproach, knew exactly what to get repaired and also suggested a new keypad, which the current one was not to good. I inquired about a remote, he suggested the one needed and I purchased it. Technicians like Gary on your staff makes it easier to understand what's needed in repairs and you're not lost. Called Precision late in the afternoon and they were able to get a technician to my home within a few hours. Great Service. The technician was very pleasant and helpful. He got my garage door closed and helped me get my car started. I am looking forward to working with them on my new garage door installation. They had good recommendations for keeping out rodents with a minor addition to the new door. I wish more companies in New Mexico were as reliable and nice as Precision.
