Found the team on the web, called and got an immediate answer. Set appointment for Saturday am. Gary arrived ahead of schedule and was very professional and courteous. We discussed options and he went to work. I was taken back by his efficiency. Done in no time. He reviewed repairs, ran through the system and he handle the billing by explaining all aspects. It is refreshing to see this kind of prompt professional service! I will call when I need help from the team.

I'll be honest, the reason we used Precision is they were one of the few who worked on Saturday. After seeing them in action, I would not recommend anyone else. They were on time, polite, answered all my questions and did not pressure me to buy anything. Five stars:)

Our technician, Ryan, was on time, very courteous, and knowledgeable. He immediately figured out the problem and said "Oh, that's an easy fix." He inspected, adjusted, and lubricated everything and had it back to working quickly. When asked about a (non-essential) part, he recommended we buy and install it ourselves to save money. He recommended regular inspection/maintenance we should do to prolong the life of the opener and was knowledgeable about life spans of openers and springs. Being an East Mountain neighbor, he was also familiar with the unique conditions in this area that could affect our door. We will definitely call Precision for future needs!

This is our third time using Precision. I called the office at 9:00am and was given a 3:00pm-5:00pm time slot. The technician called early to see if I might be available for an earlier appointment. Lorenzo was very professional, personable, and the bid was straight forward. We have been very happy for the past three years with our garage door opener and will continue to use Precision.

I had my garage door repaired numerous times back in November and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Each staff member was responsive and friendly. Did a lot of research. Decided to give Precision a try based on the high ratings and good reviews. Good folks; answered my online inquiry immediately, got good advice on security measures, both consultation and installation took place exactly when, and how, they said it would, and they hauled the old door away, cleaned up the debris & showed me how to use the new lifter. Love the door; looks great & whisper quiet operation. Wish I had done this sooner.

Rudy showed up right on time and was very helpful in analyzing the problem with our door. He determined that it is not a repairable problem and it still works but will need to be replaced someday. He didn't charge for the visit.

The same technician who originally installed a new door system and new springs a few years ago came out on a very cold winter day did an awesome job of troubleshooting and fixing a strange problem. After trying several solutions, the issue was found with the wiring in the photo eyes of the door system. He was diligent in contacting the door system manufacturer for help, trying different solutions, replacing the wiring and splicing contacts, and making sure the problem was completely resolved before he left. I highly recommend them to fix any problem, in a prompt manner and with a customer-centered focus! This customer is definitely satisfied with a job well done!

Returning home from work late, at about 7PM I noticed something strange when my garage door opened. A closer inspection revealed that something was seriously wrong on one side, as the spring and some wires were hanging loosely off the top of the track. I did not dare close the door and immediately called Precision. The phone was answered right away (I knew the company offered 24 hour service) and the nice lady assured me that a technician would be coming within 1-3 hours. The technician came within 1 hour. The technician, Rudy, was very knowledgeable, and quickly recommended that I have a complete overhaul of all the moving parts of the garage door. I agreed with him, as it had been a while since this had been done. Rudy had the work done in less than an hour, and the door sounded like a new door after he had replaced the worn out parts and greased everything. My only question was about the price. I know that Rudy does not determine this. I found that the repair was a bit pricy, but am sure that it will all be explained when I get an itemized bill. I will definitely recommend this company, and I have used their services before. It is extremely reassuring knowing that I can get help no matter what crazy hour my garage door decides to crash!! Thanks for your good work.

Rudy came out per appointment time the same day I called about a crashed garage door. He was polite, friendly and very professional. It only took him ten minutes to fix the mess of a garage door and adjust the spring tension. Great job!

I called Precision when I needed my codes changed with my control pad and garage door opener. Last year, Precision installed many new parts to get my garage door working. What I love about the company, is that they can complete the request either the day I call in or the next day! I was quite pleased with the entire process, from the initial contact with your company to the schedule update, and the call from Gary, the technician assigned to my job. Lorenzo started out great by calling and arriving early. He did a review of my problem and examined my door equipment and gave me two options. Once I explained what I wanted done he went right to work and completed the job. He even gave me his card in case we ran into other problems. Overall he did an excellent job and was very courteous and respectful.
