The Precision garage door opener I own was malfunctioning, so I called for repairs. It took 2 calls before my message was received by a technician, but once received they took care of my problem. The technician -Rudy - was very courteous and competent. He explained everything to me.

He got my garage door closed and helped me get my car started. I am looking forward to working with them on my new garage door installation. They had good recommendations for keeping out rodents with a minor addition to the new door. I wish more companies in New Mexico were as reliable and nice as Precision.

I went through Home Advisor to find someone to repair my garage door. I thought it would be a small repair...boy was I wrong! Lorenzo did a complete check on all of the parts, provided a quote and spent 2 hours doing all the work to repair the door/springs. I must say I was so impressed with the service and professionalism of My Technician Rudy and of course Precision Over Head Door. I would give you a grade of 10 but your grade scale goes to 5..so 5 it is. From here on Precision Door is who I call. In addition to repair to my garage door opener ..which required two new opener units. Rudy did a routine maintenance on the door. And he did this in record time.
