We had Precision Door replace our garage door in 2007 and was very satisfied with the company. So when the spring broke, etc. of course we called Precision. We had to purchase some new parts in order for the overhaul. Rudy Vallejos was prompt, very professional and quick on repairs, he is a nice asset to the company! We would recommend Precision Door to family & friends.

I liked your "chat" feature. Got my questions answered, service charge seemed reasonable.The Tech, Ryan, was very nice, very personable, and explained everything perfectly. Absolutely would recommend you. Note the call was to evaluate the springs which will need to be replaced, scheduled for month end.

Excellent response on a Sunday. Came almost immediately, completed job quickly and thoroughly. Price was a bit higher than others, but the warranty is longer and (hopefully) the product is a higher quality and will last longer. Previous set of springs only lasted about four years.

I purchased a garage door opener from Precision 5 years ago. Best decision ever. I called with a problem. They had someone at my house within an hour (Rudy). He determined what the problem was, installed the necessary new part and left without charging me a penny - under the lifetime warranty. I am so glad I picked Precision. Great service and a great product.

I have chosen Precision Door Service before a number of times, and have always been happy with your technicians' work. As always, Gary's work met my expectation. He also gave me choices for upgrading the door, and gave me clear explanation. He is excellent! The appointment was for 4 to 6 p.m. time frame, but he came early and that was even better for me. He finished his work fast, and I was impressed. The door works beautifully.
