We chose Precision when we needed to replace our original doors that were installed in 1992. I don't exactly remember how we chose Precision in 2007 when we needed to replace our doors. If I remember correctly we looked at your ad in Yellow Pages, and felt you were the best choice for us. We did choose a good company!! We have been happy and pleased with your product and service. Each of your technician has been very friendly and efficient. Gary Lang was excellent!! He arrived not only earlier than the promised time, but he was very professional, courteous and friendly. Same day service. Opener broke on 4th of July weekend and I didn't want my car sitting outside. Called a little before 9 am and technician (Ryan) was there by 9:45. Inspected the whole system, explained what was broken, and made recommendations for replacement. Ryan was very upfront about costs, and offered a generous discount. He said work would be done in about an hour and it was. All in all I was very pleased with Precision, and especially impressed with Ryan's professionalism.

So far, I would rate the company a 5 out of 5. They were early, updated me and very surprisingly, did not try to oversell a product. I also like that the estimates are all inclusive. You don't get one price for the door and then labor and etc added on. Just the tax. Very refreshing! Will definitely be recommending this company to everyone I can think of!

Best service ever!! Ryan called before arriving and explained what he was going to do. When finished he showed me the difference between the old rollers and the new ones he had installed.
