Returning home from work late, at about 7PM I noticed something strange when my garage door opened. A closer inspection revealed that something was seriously wrong on one side, as the spring and some wires were hanging loosely off the top of the track. I did not dare close the door and immediately called Precision. The phone was answered right away (I knew the company offered 24 hour service) and the nice lady assured me that a technician would be coming within 1-3 hours. The technician came within 1 hour. The technician, Rudy, was very knowledgeable, and quickly recommended that I have a complete overhaul of all the moving parts of the garage door. I agreed with him, as it had been a while since this had been done. Rudy had the work done in less than an hour, and the door sounded like a new door after he had replaced the worn out parts and greased everything. My only question was about the price. I know that Rudy does not determine this. I found that the repair was a bit pricy, but am sure that it will all be explained when I get an itemized bill. I will definitely recommend this company, and I have used their services before. It is extremely reassuring knowing that I can get help no matter what crazy hour my garage door decides to crash!! Rudy came out per appointment time the same day I called about a crashed garage door. He was polite, friendly and very professional. It only took him ten minutes to fix the mess of a garage door and adjust the spring tension. Great job!

I was quite pleased with the entire process, from the initial contact with your company to the schedule update, and the call from Gary, the technician assigned to my job. He's very professional, pleasant to deal with, exceptionally knowledgeable, and after explaining the situation and my options he got right to work, did just what he said he was going to do in a timely and efficient manner, and even cleaned up after the job was done. That's pretty unusual. You must be treating your technicians right as they stay with you, that's a personal endorsement that's not easy to earn. Congratulations.

Lorenzo started out great by calling and arriving early. He did a review of my problem and examined my door equipment and gave me two options. Once I explained what I wanted done he went right to work and completed the job. He even gave me his card in case we ran into other problems. Overall he did an excellent job and was very courteous and respectful.

Our garage door opener failed to function and, after checking all the obvious factors, determined that we needed service. Precision is who responded to our call. Their Yellow Pages ad said they could fix our door today and they did. The technician, Gary, who came out quickly determined that our 15-year old opener needed replacement and he took care of it. He explained the details, answered questions, walked me through the new opener, had a great attitude, and was very professional. Great job, Precision!

I did a very stupid thing and backed into my garage door when it was half was up. It broke my back car window and knocked the door off the track. It trapped my car in the garage. I called Precision at about 4:30pm and explained the situation. They managed to get someone to my home in Santa Fe before 6pm. What great service! The technician was very nice and managed to get the door working so I could get my car out of the garage. He even helped me put plastic over the broken back window. He made sure the garage door opener was disconnected and ordered a new door. I told him I had problems with mice invading the garage so he ordered the new door with rodent guard. The technicians who came to install the door were equally nice, professional and made sure that the outdoor keypad and my garage door openers were working on the new door. I am very pleased with the professionalism, service and promptness of this company. Use them and you will be satisfied.

Gary serviced my problem unit. He troubleshot the problem quickly and fixed a loose connection at the control panel that had happened intermittently in the past. Gary actually called about 15min before he arrived (as I'd requested with the operator when I placed the repair order on the phone) AND he actually arrived a bit early. Gary has helped me once before with another problem and, as today, was courteous and fully explained what he found was wrong, how he corrected the problem and mentioned what to look for on the control unit if the problem code(s) reappeared. Only time will tell if this repair with permanently solve the problem, but I believe that it will and have total confidence in Gary's repair. Thanks, Gary

Gary, 1- Call prior to coming to let us know he was enroute. 2- Greeted him at the door, quickly assessed the situation, knew exactly what the issue was and begin repair. 3- His attention to detail was above reproach, knew exactly what to get repaired and also suggested a new keypad, which the current one was not to good.
