Our technician was Gary and he was prompt, professional and courteous. He replaced our Genie opener/remotes with the Precision product. He walked us through everything he did to make sure we were satisfied and answered all of our questions. Along with replacing the opener, he installed a remote pad and provided two new remotes. The door runs smooth and quiet now! We are very pleased. Thank you, Gary!

There is no selection for garage door maintenance, so I selected repair. Anyway Rudy arrived at the house and took care of the maintenance in a very professional manner and cleaned up after he was done. He is a very knowledgeable tech and answered my questions to my satisfaction.

I was very impressed with Ruben and Tyler. They displayed professionalism and came right when scheduled. They both replaced my door quickly and efficiently. They explained and demonstrated the safety sensor and the new keypad that was installed. I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door to all family and friends. Truly a 5 star company.

Gary showed up during our scheduled time. I showed him the problem and gave him the background information of what I had done to my garage door over the last few weeks. He basically notified me that he could not repair my door, but did give me all of the information I need to try and have it repaired. He told me exactly what needs to be done and why the problem exists in the first place. He was extremely professional and upfront with his information. If I still can't get the door fixed, I will definitely have Gary come back out to replace the door. After this fix, I will always use Precision to complete my preventative and reactive maintenance for my Garage Door.

Same day service! Rudy gave me all of the options and gave me my options and pros and cons. He also told me that while my garage door opener was still functional and needed an rotor, the unit was 10 years old and was likely to give out in the next few years. I decided to replace the unit and it is far more functional and quieter!

The spring inside I guess the torsion bar was broken. Door works great right now. Rudy replaced it and even showed my the broken spring. Rudy was our service provider and answered all my dumb questions and he even spoke to my son on the phone. He did a great job, he was very personable and helpful. Would call again for service if need be.

I purchased a garage door tune-up on Angie's list. The company was prompt in contacting me to arrange a convenient reservation. The technician arrived well within the two-hour window given me. He was clearly identified (and had been introduced to me by e-mail prior to his arrival). He worked quickly and efficiently and within about twenty minutes had accomplished his work, including resolving an issue we had been having with the door not closing. We will definitely use this company again if we have future issues.
