I used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service once before when one of the springs broke on my garage door. They were quick, efficient, and friendly. This time, however, they were more than amazing. I was an idiot and ran into my garage door on Super Bowl Sunday. I quickly called the number on the sticker that was thoughtfully left in my garage, and someone actually answered the phone. Within twenty minutes a technician, Robert, was at my house. My garage door was fixed to my satisfaction in thirty minutes. I was amazed, and Robert made me feel less like a dolt. The cost was reasonable. Hopefully, I won't back into my garage door again, but if I ever need someone to come and fix my door, I will definitely call Precision.

Your TECH was quick and courteous, he explained the options clearly and completed the work then demonstrated what he did and how to operate the system. -- springs, rollers, motor, remotes, keypads, etc. and not a bad price. many thanks.

I was expecting a slow response and an even slower install. Not only were they at the house shortly after 8 a.m., but the install can be done today. I had a couple other companies coming out for an estimate, but I immediately canceled those appointments. Yea Precision!

I was only getting a repair, but Rudy gave us some very good reasons why we should consider a new door. Because our door was at least 50 years old and because your product is very good, we decided to go with the new door instead of repair. Awesome service!!! We crunched our garage about 6:45 PM. By 8:00 P.M. Rudy had arrived and he was able to raise the door enough so we could get our car out of the garage. Then, he brought the door down and secured it so that we were safe. He was also able to help us with the purchase of a new door and explained our options. It will be here in a day and a half. He was so prompt and courteous. We were really impressed!

So I went ahead with a new door. Within several days they arrived to install my new door. It has worked very well ever since.
