I checked out Precision's Website and others before deciding to contact them. I can't express how pleased I was with the response, follow-up and the fine character of Rudy who came to replace pretty much everything but the door itself. Rudy explained to me the various ways the door might be repaired, with prices and info about warranties. He explained what was wrong with my door and after consulting with him i made my decision. Rudy was training another technician and they both were friendly, courteous, professional, and thorough in training me on the new equipment they installed.
