We called Precision Door Service because our garage door would not close properly. They set up an appointment for the very next day. Talk about service!!!! Earlier today, Rudy, from Precision showed up exactly when the company said he would. He was very professional, explaining exactly what he would be doing. First my overall rating is 5 stars. Rudy came and did a great job the on the estimate a few days. Today Ruben and his assistant did a great job and completed the garage door replacement and installation of the new door in less than 2 hours. They arrived right on time and all three technicians, during the two visits, were very professional and extremely courteous. Gary came to help us out with our garage door as a part of our Home Warranty coverage. He was fast and friendly and within an hr and a half had a new garage door opener installed along with new rollers and approval from our home warranty company! He was courteous and kind and did an excellent job explaining what he did and making sure I understood how to operate my equipment and the differences from my previous machine. Our garage door spring broke Saturday evening, I took to the internet in search of a garage door repair company, I found Precision Door Service. I placed a call to Precision Door Service, within 5 minutes they had us scheduled for Sunday. The technician Robert arrived promptly at 10:00 am, he went right to work assessing the damage, and after the assessment we were given three options for the repair. Robert was very courteous, very knowledgeable about the work to be performed; he answered our question about the repair. We pick an option and about 30 later minutes the door was repaired. Precision Door Service is a company that know how to take care of their customers, I can highly recommend Precision Door Service for your garage door repair.

Our technician was Gary and he was prompt, professional and courteous. He replaced our Genie opener/remotes with the Precision product. He walked us through everything he did to make sure we were satisfied and answered all of our questions. Along with replacing the opener, he installed a remote pad and provided two new remotes. The door runs smooth and quiet now! We are very pleased. Thank you, Gary!

I was very impressed with Ruben and Tyler. They displayed professionalism and came right when scheduled. They both replaced my door quickly and efficiently. Gary showed up during our scheduled time. I showed him the problem and gave him the background information of what I had done to my garage door over the last few weeks. He basically notified me that he could not repair my door, but did give me all of the information I need to try and have it repaired. He told me exactly what needs to be done and why the problem exists in the first place. He was extremely professional and upfront with his information. If I still can't get the door fixed, I will definitely have Gary come back out to replace the door. After this fix, I will always use Precision to complete my preventative and reactive maintenance for my Garage Door.
