So far, I would rate the company a 5 out of 5. They were early, updated me and very surprisingly, did not try to oversell a product. I also like that the estimates are all inclusive. You don't get one price for the door and then labor and etc added on. Just the tax. Very refreshing! Will definitely be recommending this company to everyone I can think of!

Signed up for a "tune-up" on my garage door through Angie's List. Met Ryan who answered my questions about upgrades. He didn't try to sell me anything and said everything was in working order. But I decided to buy a new garage door and he applied the cost of the tune-up to the door cost! Then I met Tyler and Ruben on installation. They called first and were very organized. Ruben took the time to adjust the door and show me how to open it manually if needed. I love your website and the bios. Very professional. When I upgrade my opener I definitely will call you again.

Our technician, Lorenzo Herrera, did an outstanding job from start to finish. He presented himself very professionally and when he was reviewing the options, if he did not know the answer to a question we asked, he would call someone rather than just giving some BS answer. Best service ever!! Ryan called before arriving and explained what he was going to do. When finished he showed me the difference between the old rollers and the new ones he had installed. I am a newer resident of New Mexico and have never had a garage door opener (had a barn for horses, but no garage for cars). I will use Precision again and will recommend you to my neighbors.

Lorenzo came out to service our garage door, and he was polite, helpful and straightforward. This would have been a five star rating but for the fact that he left the garage door (and the garage floor) dirtier than when he came - if he had been more thorough in cleaning up after himself (especially given the cost of the service he was providing) this would have been five stars, no question. I really wanted to give four and a half. This is an excellent company, great to do business with and totally reliable.

David Stokes did excellent work at that time as the installer; evidenced by the fact that this door was still operating perfectly to accept use of this new opener installed 6/18/15 by Gary Lang. Gary also performed an exemplary and efficient installation of this new Precision belt drive opener. I have been well pleased with the products and professionalism of your installers.

The technician finished a previous job early and called me before coming over to ensure it was ok to arrive early. He went over every option for fixing my garage door and although the solution was not cheap, it had confirmed my research that the door probably needed a rebuild. The installation was completed quickly and although a bit expensive, the quality work, a licensed technician and the lifetime warranty made it well worth the cost.

Excellent service. I found the warranty on previous 8 year old opener after work to replace had begun so a discount was applied to the upgraded opener and rollers and keyless remote that I had selected as a replacement. I was impressed that the previous warranty was honored. The technician Lorenzo Herrera was very professional and did a great job installing the new unit and removing the old parts and old opener. Lorenzo also took the time to explain how the new opener worked. I would rate this a 5 star experience.
