After reading reviews I chose Precision for the service. I was surprised they could come out on Saturday on short notice to service the garage door. It needed a lot. Gary, the tech, was right on time. After looking over the project he made a solid recommendation as to what should be done to restore the door system. He explained everything in detail. He took about 1 1/2 hours to do the work and never slowed down. When finished he went over the door again to make sure all was ok. I was impressed with the response and Gary. I would recommend Precision to anyone who wants a quality job done right the first time. Thanks for making my door great again.

This is the BEST GARAGE DOOR COMPANY EVER!!!! I love my thick sturdy AWESOME door. I love my whisper quiet opener. And today, when I had a service call because there was a little clank, you guys rushed right over, and found that I had a lose screw.... (Everyone else who knows me knew I had a lose screw) ANYWAY..... replacement made, testing done and everything with a smile and at $0 cost to me!!! Thank you again for making my home a secure place to live and taking care of my lose screw!!! ;-) PS your service b=people ROCK!

Had Precision come out in Feb '17 because my door had fallen off the rails and had a coupla broken cables. I just barely got the door to open enough to get my cars out. It was a Saturday so I called "my guy" who has put in 3 or 4 springs on my garage in the last 17 years and couldn't get him to call me back. I also called 4-5 others, some were neighbor recommendations and they didnt answer or call me back in a timely manner. Precision answered the phone first try so I set up an appointment for the following Monday since I was able to get the cars out. Gary came over and diagnosed the problem and fixed the door in a rather short time. In the process of repairing the door with new rollers, springs, cables, the capacitor thingy blew up and gary had one in his truck so he slapped that in and I was good to go! The door operates way better now and is noticeably quieter.

I highly recommend Gary and Precision. I had a scheduled appointment between 1-3 PM and he was able to come 3 hours early to do the assessment on our garage. Sadly I didn't get to meet him since I was at work but my wife told me that he did his assessment in 30 minutes and fixed it in 45 minutes. He informed us on what was wrong and what improvements he and the Precision recommended. He knew his product and Precision packages to help us in the future. I didn't know they offered a lifetime warranty. I recommend Precision 5/5 Stars, if i was able to give more I would. They did an excellent job!

Gary called before coming to let me know he was on his way and his approximate arrival time. Arrived when promised and promptly went to work accessing problem. Fixed problem and went on to check out both garage door systems. Suggested we replace weather seal on one door - which definitely needed it - so we had him replace it. Told me the overall history/situation for both garage doors, and left me fully satisfied with a job well done. (-:
