Gary arrived quite promptly, phoned beforehand so we could steer him a bit. He was on track! Got us our 2 additional door openers, while checking out our door operation and the motor etc. We were good to go with our openers, and Gary advised on some timing of maintenance and on what exactly we might run into at some point in the future. So arrived home today (Sunday) and come to find out when I went to close my garage door the two side cables unraveled? I was able to ravel them back but the issue was when will it happen again? So we decided to call prescison which we used about a year ago to do a garage door tune up to come out and check out garage to avoid this again. So needless to say it is a Sunday so we thought maybe Tuesday they can get us in but to come to find out they had us set up and arrived within an hour. The tech was Gary and he actually was the same one we used last year. As always Gary is GREAT not only a good guy personally but an expert tech. He explained everything to us and is so quick but very precise. We want to just say THANK YOU to not only the precision company but Gary.

The spring on my garage door broke on Saturday evening. PDS: I'll give you 5 stars for the wonderful prompt service to my garage door. It was purchased from Overhead Garage Door in December 1987! Gary Lang called and arrived a few minutes early for our appointment. He explained the problems of age and promptly replaced parts to eliminate the "wobble" as the door went up and down. In the end the door moved much more quietly and steadily. And the whole process took just an hour.

Frayed cable, broken hinges and worn out rollers. He helped us with vehicle remotes that we had been unable to program. Late on a Saturday afternoon, the wheels on one side of our garage door came off the track and the door was stuck open. I looked on the internet for advice about what to do and the first video I watched said, "Call a professional!" That is what we did. GARY was outstanding: he arrived ahead of schedule, tested the door, explained the situation and then provided three alternatives for repair. We went with the most expensive because the opener, remotes and control panels were from sometime in the early 90s. We had replaced the door a few years back, but everything else was original and the door made enough noise to wake the dead every time it was opened or closed. After Gary finished, it is nearly silent and is operating the way it should. We couldn't be more pleased. We had several services performed and purchased both repairs and parts but we could select only one from the drop down menus below. Many thanks!

Noticed I had a frayed cable on our garage door. Called Precision on Sunday and they said no extra charge for Sunday. They said Gary could be there between 2 and 4. He called about 1:45 and said he was 10 minutes away. He looked at the door and figured out what was causing the cable to fray. He suggested a overhead spring as it would last. He had it installed in about an hour. The door works great and I would recommend Precision to anyone.
