The repair technician (Lorenzo Herrera) was very courteous and professional. I advised him that I performed trouble shooting first before calling the company for repair. There were 7 flashes which showed the remedy to re-set the open and close limits. Error occurred again then that's when I called for repair. Mr Herrera did several tests on the unit by removing the circuit board and replacing it with a brand new one. That didn't work. Then he brainstormed to figure out what to do exit. He removed the entire control unit and replaced it with a brand new unit. He tested several times just to ensure that the unit is workable. I told the technician that I forgot my passcode then he reset it for me. I entered a new passcode then tested to make sure it opened from the outside. I'm happy with the service performed by Mr Herrera. Thank You very much!

The spring broke on our old door, rendering it inoperable. I was able to make an appointment for same day service and Lorenzo arrived right on schedule, was most efficient, polite and courteous. In addition to quickly replacing the spring and getting the door up and working, Lorenzo covered all the problems that exist with my old door and gave me a very fair and complete estimate for a new door installation. Within a week, I'll have my new door.

I needed a roller and the door rehung on rails. Instead, tech recommended overhaul with new rollers, replacement hinge, and two new springs to replace old single spring. Package was a little expensive at $600, but he discouted the service fee and threw in the hinge for free. Door works great and now fairly quiet. Tech was friendly and skilled. Lifetime warranty and great service. Recommend these guys for sure.
