In my free time I enjoy being outdoors. My favorite hobbies are snowboarding, fishing, camping and spending time with my family. The problem was worse than anticipated but the serviceman diagnosed it quickly and had the parts to do the repair on the spot. The repairman was informative and friendly. Did a quick and efficient job, obviously knew what he was doing. We are satisfied it was done well.

I needed a roller and the door rehung on rails. Instead, tech recommended overhaul with new rollers, replacement hinge, and two new springs to replace old single spring. Package was a little expensive at $600, but he discouted the service fee and threw in the hinge for free. Door works great and now fairly quiet. Tech was friendly and skilled. Lifetime warranty and great service. Recommend these guys for sure.

Quick and reliable service. I called on Thursday evening, and the technician was at my house Friday morning. He gave me two options for fixing or replacing the opener. He was able to complete the repair on one door and lube the other door in less than 1.5 hours.

Lorenzo called and asked if he could come early to the appointment, and of course I said yes. I showed him the noise the unit was making. He put some lubricant on the belt, which helped. He tightened the belt, and that eliminated the noise completely. It is now operating like new. Lorenzo got the job done quickly and professionally.

Lorenzo Herrera did the work at my house and he did an excellent job. He left me his card with his phone no. on it and just after he left I discovered that something was not working right, so I called him and he turned around immediately and came back and corrected it. I had to leave to go to a meeting and so I left him there alone and was not concerned at all. The garage door has worked perfectly.

Wow where do we start! First of all, we came home late one Friday evening to find out that our garage door would not open PERIOD! How we all take things for granted, right? We live in Los Lunas and have nobody locally here, so I found Precision Garage Door in the ABQ Yellow Pages with 24-hr. service offered. Even though we didn't opt to take advantage of the 24-hr. service, which they would have accommodated, they scheduled us immediately for the next day, Saturday. A technician by the name of Lorenzo Herrera showed up on time, actually earlier, professionally dressed in a company vehicle, and immediately assessed our problem, a broken spring. He recommended replacing both springs (since we had not repaired nor serviced for approx. 9 yrs) and did a full 25-pt. inspection and replaced some hardware and rollers that were needing replacement also. We opted to take the lilfe-time warranty as the pricing was reasonable and felt at ease knowing if this happens again, with these products, they will be here resolving at no additional cost. We would HIGHLY recommend this top-notched company and will be giving a business card to our neighbors in our sub-division to use. Lorenzo was very knowledgeable and kind and explained our options, with no sale pressure. Thank you for being there for us in our time of need!!
