Lorenzo called and asked if he could come early to the appointment, and of course I said yes. I showed him the noise the unit was making. He put some lubricant on the belt, which helped. Wow where do we start! First of all, we came home late one Friday evening to find out that our garage door would not open PERIOD! How we all take things for granted, right? We live in Los Lunas and have nobody locally here, so I found Precision Garage Door in the ABQ Yellow Pages with 24-hr. service offered. Even though we didn't opt to take advantage of the 24-hr. service, which they would have accommodated, they scheduled us immediately for the next day, Saturday. A technician by the name of Lorenzo Herrera showed up on time, actually earlier, professionally dressed in a company vehicle, and immediately assessed our problem, a broken spring. He recommended replacing both springs (since we had not repaired nor serviced for approx. 9 yrs) and did a full 25-pt. inspection and replaced some hardware and rollers that were needing replacement also. We opted to take the lilfe-time warranty as the pricing was reasonable and felt at ease knowing if this happens again, with these products, they will be here resolving at no additional cost. We would HIGHLY recommend this top-notched company and will be giving a business card to our neighbors in our sub-division to use. Lorenzo was very knowledgeable and kind and explained our options, with no sale pressure. Thank you for being there for us in our time of need!!
