I would rate this service at 4.5 stars because apparently the office person taking the call failed to inform the technician that I needed a rodent guard installed ( I explained to her that I needed the weather stripping on the bottom of the garage door to be "mouse proof") and she quoted an incorrect price. As a result, a technician came without appropriate material and had to reschedule service for next day. Both technicians ware excellent: called half an hour before showing up, came exactly on time, did the job quickly and left me confident that it was well done

Did a good job repairing the door and explaining what he did and replacing frayed cables, showing me the old ones. I could not find the warranty on the original door but he told me to call the office if I did find it in case any part of the repair was covered by the warranty.

Lorenzo did a great job repairing our door (broken spring, worn rollers, leaking bearings). He called to ask if he could arrive earlier than the scheduled time, was courteous, explained the levels of warranty, and made sure I knew everything that was done and covered in the future. I would recommend Precision to anyone wanting trusted technicians and a good warranty.

I called Precision when I needed my codes changed with my control pad and garage door opener. Last year, Precision installed many new parts to get my garage door working. What I love about the company, is that they can complete the request either the day I call in or the next day! The employees I have dealt with are professional, friendly, and seem like they really want to help with any issues! Lorenzo, the technician that came out to my home recently, had laryngitis, but came out anyway to get my job done! I really appreciated this!! Thank you, again!

Lorenzo started out great by calling and arriving early. He did a review of my problem and examined my door equipment and gave me two options. Once I explained what I wanted done he went right to work and completed the job. He even gave me his card in case we ran into other problems. Overall he did an excellent job and was very courteous and respectful.

Amazing service! My garage door wouldn't open so I was trapped with no way to get the car out. Precision responded to my emergency call and had a tech out in only a few hours! I went through Home Advisor to find someone to repair my garage door. I thought it would be a small repair...boy was I wrong! Lorenzo did a complete check on all of the parts, provided a quote and spent 2 hours doing all the work to repair the door/springs. Not very happy because supposedly had a lifetime warranty on my coil spring but they did not honor it because it wasn't in their computer. Probably because the company got bought out a few years ago but I had their sticker which was placed on my door opener which I was told that's all I needed but not so. So I have another guarantee on this one for 600$. I hope it lasts and they honor their guarantee. The installer was very nice.
