I would rate this service at 4.5 stars because apparently the office person taking the call failed to inform the technician that I needed a rodent guard installed ( I explained to her that I needed the weather stripping on the bottom of the garage door to be "mouse proof") and she quoted an incorrect price. As a result, a technician came without appropriate material and had to reschedule service for next day. Both technicians ware excellent: called half an hour before showing up, came exactly on time, did the job quickly and left me confident that it was well done

Did a good job repairing the door and explaining what he did and replacing frayed cables, showing me the old ones. I could not find the warranty on the original door but he told me to call the office if I did find it in case any part of the repair was covered by the warranty.

Lorenzo did a great job repairing our door (broken spring, worn rollers, leaking bearings). He called to ask if he could arrive earlier than the scheduled time, was courteous, explained the levels of warranty, and made sure I knew everything that was done and covered in the future. Lorenzo started out great by calling and arriving early. He did a review of my problem and examined my door equipment and gave me two options. Once I explained what I wanted done he went right to work and completed the job. He even gave me his card in case we ran into other problems. Not very happy because supposedly had a lifetime warranty on my coil spring but they did not honor it because it wasn't in their computer. Probably because the company got bought out a few years ago but I had their sticker which was placed on my door opener which I was told that's all I needed but not so. So I have another guarantee on this one for 600$. I hope it lasts and they honor their guarantee. The installer was very nice.

We did purchase the company a few years ago, but have visit records in our system from 2005; details on exact purchase/warranty are not always available which is why keeping customer records are always advised. Seeing that you didn't have all the rest of our components, those which you purchased at this time with your overhaul spring replacement, then a lifetime guarantee would not apply. Rest assured, as long as you own your home and have your receipt, this warranty will be honored. Thank your for your business.
