Lorenzo was assigned the job and was friendly and very knowledgeable about the products in question to help me decide which would be best for what I wanted. I bought a very QUIET, belt driven opener from Precision in late 2011and have had very few problems with it. Once, it was the new spring that needed re-tensioning. A few times, the cold weather caused a closing hiccup, and all it took was a reset by the technician. Such was the case this time. Less than 15 minutes was required to get the closer working perfectly again. The opener wasn't inexpensive, but it is the best value for the money I ever spent! The technician (initials LH) who installed it is the same tech who has responded to my service requests. He is very knowledgeable about his business. I'm sure that he leaves all his customers completely satisfied.

I called Overhead Garage Door on a holiday weekend 06-30-2018 at 9:00 AM. My spring broke on my garage door and I needed it fixed right away. I got an appointment for the same day. The tech arrived early. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He did an absolute thorough inspection of my garage door and it turned out I needed two springs instead of one. Wow!! what a diffence it made. My door glided up and down the track. It was as light as a feather. He tighten all the bolts on my door and adjusted my chain so that my door was not hitting a bolt.
