In my free time I enjoy being outdoors. My favorite hobbies are snowboarding, fishing, camping and spending time with my family. I called Precision because my garage door would not open & I could not get my car out. The callback was fast & a technician was scheduled for later in the day. Much to my surprise he called & said he could come early. Lorenzo was so polite, professional & knowledgeable. He observed my Apple Watch & phone & explained that the opener would be connected to those devices. We made the decision to get a new opener, since mine was 15 years old. The installation was great & Lorenzo helped me get everything set up on my phone & gave me clear & simple instructions. The new system is awesome & the service was outstanding. So many times people don't call back or show up. To get same day service just made my life so much easier. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

5 Star! We had our 23 year old Garage door opener replaced as it no longer worked. It has been 6 years since we had the out Precision for repair service. To our surprise, it was Lorenzo, the same service representative we had 6 years ago. He called 15 minutes before our service appointment and arrived on time. He did an excellent job, just like the first time. He did the job a lot faster than we expected. He then explained the workings of our new equipment, answered our questions and went on His way. He did a wonderful job and is an excellent representative for his company. 5 Star!

I will always be a customer of Precision, because they always come when they say they will, they are professional and friendly, do an amazing job and make sure I am satisfied at the end.
