I was so pleased with the upgraded garage door opener that he installed, that I asked him to look at my other garage door opener, which was working, although balky at times. He made a suggestion to replace the 20-year old garage door opener with an entirely different kind of opener. His suggestion was so perfectly suited to my slightly unusual garage configuration that I chose to do the additional replacement as well. Our ancient garage door opener was malfunctioning: sometimes it didn't open, sometimes it wouldn't close, and finally it was opening and closing on its own all day long. I wanted a company with an excellent reputation (and 24/7 service) to come out and see what was wrong. Lorenzo arrived at 10:00 sharp (yes, I was impressed by his promptness) and he clearly explained everything wrong with our garage door opener, including its having an old (and inadequate HP) motor.
