The equipment Lorenzo replaced and installed appeared to be of the highest quality. The only thing better than the equipment was the service that Lorenzo provided. He let me know what he was doing step by step. Thankfully no parts were needed. When he left, it rolled better than when it was new. Very professional and efficient service. Had a complete overhaul of our 19-year old two-car garage door, which included spring and roller replacement plus reattachment of the cable on one side which had jumped off its spool. Appointment was scheduled for 10am-noon window, but installer Lorenzo had finished a preceding job early and was able to start on my job at about 8:30am. Lorenzo performed the repair professionally and quickly, taking extra time to explain what was done and the recommended future preventative maintenance. He was cordial and made sure all the old parts were picked up and disposed of. Definitely a "five" performance.
