The equipment Lorenzo replaced and installed appeared to be of the highest quality. The only thing better than the equipment was the service that Lorenzo provided. He was knowledgeable and very professional. He clearly explained the problems and all that he was going to do to remedy them. He is obviously a skilled technician that takes a lot of pride in what he does.

Had a complete overhaul of our 19-year old two-car garage door, which included spring and roller replacement plus reattachment of the cable on one side which had jumped off its spool. Appointment was scheduled for 10am-noon window, but installer Lorenzo had finished a preceding job early and was able to start on my job at about 8:30am. Lorenzo performed the repair professionally and quickly, taking extra time to explain what was done and the recommended future preventative maintenance. He was cordial and made sure all the old parts were picked up and disposed of. Definitely a "five" performance.

I called Precision because one of my two garage doors stopped working. Lorenzo took the service call. He explained my options clearly and provided reasonable pricing. I was so pleased with the upgraded garage door opener that he installed, that I asked him to look at my other garage door opener, which was working, although balky at times. He made a suggestion to replace the 20-year old garage door opener with an entirely different kind of opener. His suggestion was so perfectly suited to my slightly unusual garage configuration that I chose to do the additional replacement as well.
