Lorenzo was prompt, courteous, and gave me several service options. Once we decided what to do, he was very efficient. After the work was completed, Lorenzo walked me through how the new opener worked and he answered all my questions. He was great to work with.

We had our garage doors installed about 3 months ago. Just last week we noticed that the rubber at the bottom of one of the doors had moved laterally and left a gap at the bottom. I called Precision Doors, and they scheduled a visit that same day--problem fixed!! No charge since it was under warranty. Very happy with results.

Pretty overwhelming to have wind destroy a garage door, and Precision was very responsive. Lorenzo had a cancellation and was able to come almost immediately, and worked very hard to get me the best prices on new garage doors (we have 2 singles and 1 was destroyed) and openers. He was kind and conscientious and was able to get the door open enough to get my car out and then to close and lock it, as broken as the door is. He was able to book installation of new doors for Monday a.m., so I'm very relieved.

Lorenzo responded very quickly after hours to rescue my broken garage door. Lorenzo has worked on my door before--he is friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. The door is better than new now. I enjoyed his brief visit--but I hope he never has to return again for repairs!

The spring on our garage door broke and it was not covered under the home warranty. Precision was the company the home warranty company was going to send out prior to finding out the service was not covered. Someone from Precision actually called me before I was off the phone with the warranty company. They had convenient same day appointments. The tech, Lorenzo, called prior to his arrival, gave us an accurate estimate, and completed the work quickly and thoroughly. He did an outstanding job! The garage door works so much better than ever! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Albuquerque!

Lorenzo gets 5-STARS as he was very courteous. He is attentive to detail and extremely accomplished in his work knowledge. They say, to get something repaired in Santa Fe, is like waiting for grass to grow. Lorenzo was extremely fast in his service response. I will recommend Precision Garage Door to all of my acquaintances at the lab. Thanks Lorenzo.

I got my new garage door opener a little over a year ago. One evening when I closed the door from the switch, the door went down but then came right back up and did it several times. Fortunately I could close it as far down as about an inch from the ground so no one could get in. The next morning, I called Precision to get it looked at. They got the same gentleman that installed the door at my house by 9:00 a.m. and he quickly re-programmed the door and all was well. There was no charge. Fast, courteous service.

Lorenzo was our Technician and did a great job! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He went above my expectations by cleaning up our wires, putting in a new light bulb and doing a full diagnosis on the garage door. Garage is smooth now and got that peace of mind with the lifetime warranty.

I am very satisfied with the work that was done. A counter weight spring broke around 12:30pm. I called Precision and they were able to send someone out the same afternoon. The Technician that came out (Lorenzo) was very knowledgeable and friendly. My door is 30 years old and it was in need of some TLC. Lorenzo replaced the broken spring and also replaced all the roller bearings and some other worn out parts. He had all the work completed in about 90 mins. I did spend more than I was planning on but it needed it. I use my garage door as the "front" door. I go in and out through it several times a day so it gets a lot of use. It's working better now than it ever has I would say. I would highly recommend Precision.

He explained what needed to be done, which parts needed replacement and how he would do it. I was impressed by his expertise and professionalism. Had the job done in about 1 and 1/2 hours- expensive, but guaranteed for life and I felt it was really quality work!

Lorenzo Herrera truly impressed me. He was professional and polite. He knew exactly what was wrong with my garage door and proceeded to fix it. He was prepared with everything that was needed. It is very rare to find any agency anymore that provides such excellent customer service and their employees have a positive work ethic and are thoroughly trained in their profession. Mr Herrera takes great pride in what he does and he does it well. KUDOS to you
