My name is Rudy V. Vallejos. I was born and raised in Albuquerque NM. I currently reside in Los Lunas, NM with my beautiful wife, two kids, and nephew that I adopted two years ago. Some of the hobbies that I enjoy are playing with my kids and exploring the wonderful outdoors of New Mexico. Each day I look forward to meeting new customers to teach them about the safety of their garage doors and operators. One of the things most people don't know about me is that I love listening and learning from people's stories. I look forward to meeting you!

We had Rudy install new garage door opener, springs, rollers, etc. for existing garage door. The old one was no longer functioning correctly and we decided to go for the entire repair recommended rather than just one or two items and then have it needing further replacements in the future. We purchased the warranty and had all functions fully explained and demonstrated. We are very happy with this experience. In the service performed below, we had more than a repair, since we replaced many parts......springs, rollers, remotes & keypad, belt drive garage door opener. We are happy.

What a surprise to be leaving for an appointment and suddenly discover you cannot get out of your garage! I looked for 5 stars on Home Advisor and found/called Precision. They sent Rudy out within the hour, he quickly diagnosed the problem and had the complete repair done in another 45 minutes. Friendly, professional, and cleaned up afterwards. What more could you ask for?
