Frankie the tech was GREAT. MY PROBLEM is with Genie. This is the second opener that had to be changed out due to defective (plastic) gear that broke inside the opener. I would have paid the extra $ for more robust openers.

Great experience! I had an appointment the day after I called. I received a call from Tony letting me know he was on his way and he arrived within the expected timeframe. Tony had my problem figured out quickly and gave me repair options. He leveled the torsion tube, replaced the torsion springs, replaced the bearings/rollers, installed a new opener in an hour and 45 min. Tony was professional and quick. Thank you!

My garage door would not open. I contacted another company and they couldn’t come out for two to three days. I searched on Google for a local company and the Precision Garage Door ad stated “same day service”. They live up to their claim. Frankie showed up within 2 hours of me calling them. He immediately performed a 28 point inspection and diagnosed the problem. I ended up purchasing a new belt drive system, replacing the noisy chain drive. We are extremely pleased with the new opener and with Frankie’s knowledge and personality. I highly recommend this professional company!!

I chose Precision Garage Door by chance off the Internet. I called them at about 9:30 AM on Tuesday, and was told a technician would be at my home between noon and 2 PM. Lorenzo arrived a bit before noon. After an inspection, he showed me that the cables were fraying and the bearings were not operating smoothly. He replaced the springs, cables, pulleys, bearings and all rollers and lubed all hinges by about 1 PM. He was cheerful, knowledgeable and very efficient. A huge thumbs up for PGD!

Needed the emergency service as the Garage door spring broke, locking both vehicles in the garage in a sense. Work performed on my garage door was done very professionally by Lorenzo. He obviously knew exactly what he was doing and was also very pleasant to deal with. I wanted a new strip installed on the bottom of the door to prevent bugs/spiders coming in as much as possible and after seeing that the main springs, which were getting old and were rusty, decided to have new ones put in. The door opens beautifully now and is super quiet. All in all I am very happy with the service and quality of the workmanship I received. Thank you!

First off, to get same day service was pretty amazing! Our tech arrived in the expected time scheduled, diagnosed the problem and offered a solution and estimate. I just can't rave enough about this company - fabulous customer service - from scheduling to installation. Fernando installed a new garage door opener as well as performed general maintenance on the garage door system.
