5 Star! We had our 23 year old Garage door opener replaced as it no longer worked. It has been 6 years since we had the out Precision for repair service. To our surprise, it was Lorenzo, the same service representative we had 6 years ago. He called 15 minutes before our service appointment and arrived on time.
