I had no idea who to call, but my neighbor upon hearing my difficulty came to the rescue!! She has had nothing but positive interactions with Precision and shared their number with me immediately. I called today and they came today!! Completely replaced the movable parts of my sad garage door in no time and left it running smoothly and quietly. It’s fabulous!

The technician called 45 minutes in advance, so I knew exactly when he would arrive, he diagnosed the problems within about 10 minutes, then installed two new springs and two new guide wires in about 30 minutes, so the job was completely done in less than an hour. He was also very forthcoming in explaining the process and components of a garage door system, and demonstrated impeccable courtesy throughout. Precision is highly recommended, indeed, as I was very pleased.

I had my new garage door installed today 12/4/2020. the 2 workman were very efficient and courteous. I got a much better built insulated door. I will use Precision door service again. I'm so glad I dialed the wrong number, it paid off.

We had our garage door repaired. The service was prompt and very well done. The technician explained what he had to do and the reason for doing it. It was a major repair replacing all the parts except for the door. We are very pleased with the results and the fast service.

Most friendly and efficient service ever! Initial online contact with "CHAT" agent late on Saturday evening about broken door (springs), and technician was out to repair the next morning. All done by 1pm. Great service - could not have been any easier to get this work done. Thanks.

Great Service! Nobody ever EXPECTS a garage door to break but it happens. It's nice to know that I can call @4:45 pm and have a repairman out before 9:30 and done by 10:30 the next morning. Tyler was great and very knowledgably about his job. He told me what needed to be done...he gave me my options with a price on each...and got 'er dun! Again...great service

Tyler Amundson came on time, diagnosed the problem, installed a new opener, and instructed me on its operation. All painless and agreeable, but still an expensive repair. My neighbor asked me what I'd had done and said he was having problems with his opener. To bad I didn't know that earlier.

The Precision Team worked with me all the way through the process of getting an new door up and running. We are a repeat customer. Back in February, Precision Door replaced the opener on our main garage door. When our second door opener started to fail, we used them again. Tony did a great job replacing our garage door opener on the second door, and programming our remotes so that all can now control both doors independently. Tony followed all pandemic protocols and thoroughly cleaned up the debris after he was done. We are a fully satisfied customer.

My garage opener was not closing. The service rep determined the problem and reviewed options with me. I decided to have the unit replaced. The service rep installed the motor, a new key pad and movement sensor to turn the lite on and programed two openers for me. He was very efficient and did a great job. I paid a premium price, but I felt it was a good value. Very happy with with the job.
