When I called back for service and explained we needed service right away they told me exactly when I would be contacted. They were here when they said they would be. The service from Joe was great. Price was very reasonable! I won’t use another garage door company.

This is the second time I have used Precision to service my garage door. The first time was when I first moved into my home and the garage door was not closing properly. They were able to quickly diagnose my problem (the rails were not in alignment) and corrected it very quickly. This time mice had chewed through the rubber striping at the bottom of the door. Again it was quickly and efficiently repaired. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Belt-drive opener was installed in 2011 & has been mostly trouble free. Strange graphite-looking streak just appeared on the outside center of the overhead door. Tony was dispatched for a look. First impression was something in the rail, but all was dry & no belt chunks or cuts seen. Tony hadn't ever seen a belt problem such as this, then took a good look at the door end of the rail and saw the cause: oil dripping from the center end of one spring. It could be a sealed bearing leak, or possibly Silicon lubricant that had been applied during February's tune-up. After Tony cleaned the oil off the spring and door, we decided to keep watch. If no more oily drips, no problem. If it recurs, then we'll replace the springs.

Such a prompt response to our 7:30am call; Technician Tony was here in less than 2 hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the needed adjustment. Included in the reasonable charge for the service call, he performed a safety inspection and proclaimed the door A-OK. This was the same competent service as the business provided in 2014; we are happy we called Precision again.

We have a single door and a double door. The single door kept throwing the cable on both sides of the door. I called Precision on a Saturday around 10:00 in the morning and got an appointment the same day between 2 and 4 in the afternoon. The tech (Tony) called and said he could be there around 1:30. He came completely equipped with all parts necessary to complete the job. We elected to completely overhaul both doors complete with two new Liftmaster openers. A second tech arrived and they had both doors done by 4:30 that same day! New openers, bearings, springs, cables and rollers all replaced the remaing parts serviced and lubed for both doors. Outstanding customer service, knowledge and professionalism. That said the price was amazingly lower than expected. All that in one call and same day service. Very highly recomended!
