Jeff was awesome! I got the appointment scheduled at 9am, for noon to 2pm, Jeff called at 11:40 to let me know he was on his way, he showed up at 12pm and was finished by 1pm. This company is pure quality! Not sure how they compare in price, but they were worth every penny. No headaches at all, just good service.

The technician was very polite &professional. He explained how he would have to replace the springs because they were old & had served their purpose. He also mentioned that all the bearings also needed to be replaced. But he explained it using lay terms that an old lady like me would understand. He was very efficient & completed his task very skillfully & effective. I’m very pleased how it was done in such a short period of time. Mr. Sebastian proved he knew his job.

When calling, no answer. Someone then called me back and apologized they missed my call and asked if she could still be of service. She was knowledgeable, friendly and professionally. She explained that it would be to my benefit to have a qualified tech do a site visit to provide me with a free estimate. Gilbert came out next day, again, very pleasant to talk with. From initial call to purchase, received everything on a timely manner.

He texted me that he was going to arrive sooner than expected and included his picture in the text for identification. Yesterday I discovered our garage door opener didn't work! Thought it might be just batteries gone bad in the opener remote control? It wasn't so looked up a garage door repair shop on my phone (Google) and picked first one I saw, i.e. "Precision Garage Door Service" serving my area. Called them and got immediate "same day" service. Service man "Gilbert" came out and within moments had discovered not only my original problem's most likely cause! But explained ot me why my "bigger" problem was my garage door springs, rollers, and gears, were going bad also! Our house was new to us, but was over 20 years old since being originally built. Gilbert's advice was honest, easily seen and proved correct, and he offered to fix everything immediately! And he had everything necessary for repairs in his truck!! He then offered to fix everything in one hour or less.....AND HE DID JUST THAT! This was no "slam-bam" sales pitch, about stuff needing fixing that didn't really need fixing. It was super efficiency, fast accurate assessment of needed repairs for "pending" future difficulties concerning old equipment nearing the end of it's service life! Words or comments cannot adequately explain, or convey, our appreciation (my wife and I) for Gilbert's fast, friendly and VERY efficient service for our new home's safety. And day to day use. We are MOST grateful to Gilbert, and the company whose foresight and efficiency in hiring and keeping such a capable employee made him available to us. Thank you again Gilbert from Donna and I!!!
