We had Rudy give us an estimate on a premium garage door. Rudy was great. On time, very knowledgeable about the company and the product. A great individual to talk to and one who actually listen to our concerns. It's not Rudy's fault, but we decided to go with another company only because of the financing. Precision was neck and neck with the company we choose. Products were the same and again the only reason we went with the other company is because they financed.

Rudy was fantastic. He called about 15 minutes before he got here so we were prepared. Although there is limited space in our garage he was able to remove our old opener and install the new one in a very short period of time. Absolutely a great worker and friendly. Precision dispatched a technician the same day, Saturday, to repair a broken spring. Rudy Vallejos was very personable and professional. He inspected the door (which had never been serviced except for 1 previous spring repair) and noted that the old spring was too large for the door and had been stressing both the door itself and the opener. He provided 3 estimates for necessary and recommended repairs. Rudy essentially replaced all the mechanical parts of the door resulting in the quietest and smoothest operation of this particular door that I have ever experienced. He accomplished the task in slightly over 1 hour and for the exact amount of the estimate. Precision is definitely on my list of go-to vendors and will have my recommendation to friends and neighbors.
