Precision dispatched a technician the same day, Saturday, to repair a broken spring. Rudy Vallejos was very personable and professional. He inspected the door (which had never been serviced except for 1 previous spring repair) and noted that the old spring was too large for the door and had been stressing both the door itself and the opener. He provided 3 estimates for necessary and recommended repairs. Rudy essentially replaced all the mechanical parts of the door resulting in the quietest and smoothest operation of this particular door that I have ever experienced. He accomplished the task in slightly over 1 hour and for the exact amount of the estimate. Precision is definitely on my list of go-to vendors and will have my recommendation to friends and neighbors.

Professional, polite and efficient. Explained the problems dealing with the garage door opening and closing. Finished the replacement of motor and lifting mechanism within two hours. Cleaned up after himself. The quote was to the penny. The tech was kind enough to let me know that weekly garbage pick was on my street. He got all the garbage to the curb. Little couresties mean alot to customers. Keep up the great service.

The technician noticed several issues in need of correction when he inspected our garage door system (originally installed by Precision in 2015). He completed a total overhaul by upgrading the springs, replacing some worn hinges and rollers, adding additional supports across the inside of the door, and replacing other old components. He also gave instruction on how to properly maintain the system. We appreciate his professionalism and thoroughness and now feel much safer from the work he did.

Jeff Peres arrived at my house, at the scheduled time, to free my vehicle from a captive garage. Jeff immediately noticed the problem, a broken spring on the garage door. After a quick review of the whole situation, he explained to me the options. We settled on a quick, and possibly temporary fix, and he began the work. The garage door and opener were already installed when we purchased the house 21 years ago. The work was completed in a very timely manner. Jeff cleaned up the garage and lubricated the rollers and double checked that everything was working and proceeded to his next appointment. Jeff was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient.
