Tyler did a wonderful job. He explained everything to me and was fast and efficient. He installed a new motor, sensors and keypad for my 2 car garage door and set 2 remotes for both garage doors. I am very pleased.

Service Tech, Tyler Amundson, arrived on time, examined all elements of our garage door opener and door mechanisms, recommended and installed new opener and replaced worn hinges and rollers and made sure we totally understood all provided services. A Five Star Plus rating!

It was a terrible feeling to think that our garage door would be open through the night and into the next day. Luckily I called Precision. The service man came early and did a fantastic job! I paid more for after hours but it was worth it!

Did not replace items listed on the invoice that i waa changed for. About also falsifies information and documentation. The owner is very rude begins to speak to people as if they were stupid and doesn't take the time to clarify what was done what was it done what you're being billed for. Would not recommend the service to anybody.

On May14 2021 I needed service for my garage door which did not close anymore. I was promised that a service person would come at a certain time frame. The young man, Tony, did arrive promptly. After a brief discussion he went to work and repaired the garage door. Tony did an excellent job. I am very satisfied with the work and in the timely manner he did it. I'm passing on your companies information to my neighborhood.

Josh and Tyler installed a new garage door and garage door opener at our home. They both worked efficiently and cleaned up any debris. Josh was very informative on setting up the new garage door opener and answered any other questions I presented to him. I give a 4 star rating because the original appt was 1 1/2 hour late. I understand work schedules can get behind due to circumstances.

Last year I spent 6,000 with this company on 3 garage doors. I raised my ceiling 2 feet and needed longer hangers to reattach 1 of the garage door railings/tracks. I was charged 150.00 for 1/2 hr of work and a couple dollars worth of material! Seems a little high after spending all the money on the doors.

Gilbert Sebastian was excellent. Gilbert called to inform me of his estimated arrival time; was on time, courteous, professional, an extremely efficient worker and pleasant.
