Called another company. They promised to come between 2-6pm. Called at 3 to say that would have to cancel but could come the next day. Called Precision. Jeff Peres was on his way (from Rio Rancho). Jeff got here by 4:30 and had the door repaired and operational in a little over an hour. Jeff was polite, personable and extremely professional. Jeff is a credit to the company. I would highly recommend Jeff and Precision for any sort of garage door work.

Based on a great experience with Precision at previous house we asked them to come to see our current doors which we expected to replace. Kevin felt the doors were fine but recommended repairs to springs, rollers and new openers. Still a big expense but I appreciated there was no up-sell. He was very personable and helpful and got the work done professionally then and there in about 3 hours. Two problems. Dirty fingerprints were left on everything! The doors still had more snap crackle pop than I would have hoped but I have to admit they are 12 year old doors and tracks. But I think a little more attention to adjustments might have helped.

Short story...... Garage door broke so we called one of the national brand name companies. Tech came out and for two hours was unable to identify or fix the problem. Called Precision Door Service. Not happy repair guy showed up I opened my garage he heard the squeaking and said it was from the rollers and we would need to replace them that was the only way to stop the squeaking. The garage door did not squeak before the first repair man Cory was here last Friday he said everything was good no issues. To have it to start squeaking two days later.
