The technician noticed several issues in need of correction when he inspected our garage door system (originally installed by Precision in 2015). He completed a total overhaul by upgrading the springs, replacing some worn hinges and rollers, adding additional supports across the inside of the door, and replacing other old components. He also gave instruction on how to properly maintain the system. We appreciate his professionalism and thoroughness and now feel much safer from the work he did.

Jeff Peres arrived at my house, at the scheduled time, to free my vehicle from a captive garage. Jeff immediately noticed the problem, a broken spring on the garage door. After a quick review of the whole situation, he explained to me the options. We settled on a quick, and possibly temporary fix, and he began the work. The garage door and opener were already installed when we purchased the house 21 years ago. The work was completed in a very timely manner. Jeff cleaned up the garage and lubricated the rollers and double checked that everything was working and proceeded to his next appointment. Jeff was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff and Precision to anyone needed garage door attention.

The tech guy was very polite and very helpful. He was not just interested in making a quick sell. He was interested in providing the best option for me. Instead of replacing the door, he advised me to get it repaired and the repair work came with a 3 year warranty. I was very happy to go with Precision as doing so I saved hundreds of dollars.
