The problems that need attention were remote died and was not working, keypad was mounted on the wrong side of garage, remotes and keypad reprogrammed differently. Weatherseal torn and needed to be replaced. Precision’s tech Tyler A. is an outstanding employee. Besides the fact that he arrived an hour and a half early with permission, it only took him 45 minutes to complete all the tasks I requested. He gave 100% professionalism, completed the all task in a timely manner, and shown polite and appropriate mannerism. Tyler A. ?????????? When I need service again, I’ll absolutely call Precision and request to have Tyler come over to complete any or all repairs. I’ll tell my friends and family to call Precision and to request Tyler.

Precision was recommended by coworkers via quick e-mail. First time with a broken garage (cables, springs, rollers) and would not open once closed. Technician (Kevin) arrived very timely, communicating prior to his arrival. He wore his mask, was very personable and professional, explained what happened, providing cost and repair options to meet our needs and got to work right away. It was clear that Kevin was familiar with the trade. He had the right tools and parts and explained the details of what was repaired upon finishing including warranties, life cycles and preventive maintenance to prolong the life of the moving parts. I wish all technical work was approached like your company. I was very impressed with everything from the phone call to the final service. Outstanding experience. I recommend Precision to local communities and neighbors having issues from routine maintenance to higher technical repairs.

Tyler provided excellent communication prior to repairing our garage door. He took his time in inspecting our door and afterwards explaining the necessary repairs. Now the garage door works better than it ever has. Tyler clearly takes pride in his work and is a good representative for your company.

My garage door failed to open and it had made a loud noise. I called Overhead Garage "Precision" Door Service and they came out within the hour. In about 2 hours later I had a repaired, working garage door again. Great service and very timely. Thank You

We used Precision today and I am quite pleased with the overall experience. Called this morning around 10 and was greeted by Christine who set up the appointment time b/w 12-2; received a text around 12:15 stating that Tyler Admundson was on his way; received a call from Tyler to confirm the time of his arrival; he was here a little after 12:30; Tyler quickly analyzed the problem and an hour after that, installed our new garage. I would definitely use them again and will refer Precision .

Called another company. They promised to come between 2-6pm. Called at 3 to say that would have to cancel but could come the next day. Called Precision. Jeff Peres was on his way (from Rio Rancho). Jeff got here by 4:30 and had the door repaired and operational in a little over an hour. Jeff was polite, personable and extremely professional. Jeff is a credit to the company. I would highly recommend Jeff and Precision for any sort of garage door work.

Tony Acker did a great job of inspecting my existing garage door opener and presented several options available to repair and refurbish it. I opted for a new motor. Based on a great experience with Precision at previous house we asked them to come to see our current doors which we expected to replace. Kevin felt the doors were fine but recommended repairs to springs, rollers and new openers. Still a big expense but I appreciated there was no up-sell. He was very personable and helpful and got the work done professionally then and there in about 3 hours. Two problems. Dirty fingerprints were left on everything! The doors still had more snap crackle pop than I would have hoped but I have to admit they are 12 year old doors and tracks. But I think a little more attention to adjustments might have helped.

Kevin sent me a text confirming he was on his way and showed up as promised. He quickly assessed the problem, gave me a quote and got to work. He offered to move my awkwardly placed wall switch which was most helpful and also installed an outside opener panel which will be so handy. His work was great and I’m very glad to do business with Precision. Each of the techs I’ve worked with were well trained and very pleasant. It was also fast to get an appointment. I’m very satisfied.
