Jeff was awesome! I got the appointment scheduled at 9am, for noon to 2pm, Jeff called at 11:40 to let me know he was on his way, he showed up at 12pm and was finished by 1pm. This company is pure quality! Not sure how they compare in price, but they were worth every penny. No headaches at all, just good service.

The technician was very polite &professional. He explained how he would have to replace the springs because they were old & had served their purpose. He also mentioned that all the bearings also needed to be replaced. But he explained it using lay terms that an old lady like me would understand. He was very efficient & completed his task very skillfully & effective. I’m very pleased how it was done in such a short period of time. Mr. Sebastian proved he knew his job.

When calling, no answer. Someone then called me back and apologized they missed my call and asked if she could still be of service. She was knowledgeable, friendly and professionally. She explained that it would be to my benefit to have a qualified tech do a site visit to provide me with a free estimate. Gilbert came out next day, again, very pleasant to talk with. From initial call to purchase, received everything on a timely manner.

He texted me that he was going to arrive sooner than expected and included his picture in the text for identification.
