We had our garage door repaired. The service was prompt and very well done. The technician explained what he had to do and the reason for doing it. It was a major repair replacing all the parts except for the door. We are very pleased with the results and the fast service.

Most friendly and efficient service ever! Initial online contact with "CHAT" agent late on Saturday evening about broken door (springs), and technician was out to repair the next morning. All done by 1pm. Great service - could not have been any easier to get this work done. Thanks.

Great Service! Nobody ever EXPECTS a garage door to break but it happens. It's nice to know that I can call @4:45 pm and have a repairman out before 9:30 and done by 10:30 the next morning. Tyler was great and very knowledgably about his job. He told me what needed to be done...he gave me my options with a price on each...and got 'er dun! Again...great service

Tyler Amundson came on time, diagnosed the problem, installed a new opener, and instructed me on its operation. All painless and agreeable, but still an expensive repair. My neighbor asked me what I'd had done and said he was having problems with his opener. To bad I didn't know that earlier.

We are a repeat customer. Back in February, Precision Door replaced the opener on our main garage door. When our second door opener started to fail, we used them again. Tony did a great job replacing our garage door opener on the second door, and programming our remotes so that all can now control both doors independently. Tony followed all pandemic protocols and thoroughly cleaned up the debris after he was done. We are a fully satisfied customer.

We were very fortunate to have Tyler as our service person. Tyler evaluated our garage door, tracks and motor and explained what he could, and could not, do to adjust the unit. He is very knowledgeable about the repair approach, costs, and availability of replacement parts. He was prompt in answering our questions and did not push for a quick answer nor attempt to direct us in any direction. My wife and I did decide that we desired an upgrade in an insulated door and a quieter operating unit. In addition we will enjoy more peace of mind with a new unit dependability versus the old mechanism that we currently have now.

Called Precision on a Thursday afternoon, Kevin came out Friday just after noon an gave me an estimate replace my old garage door and opener. He and Mario gave up their Saturday to do the work. Kevin and Mario were here by 9:00 am and were finished before 11:00. They were both very professional, friendly and completed the job smoothly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call Precision again.
