Really appreciated the same day service, since the door was jammed and could not be opened by hand. Jeff came on time and wearing a face mask and did everything, including payment with no contact--which at this time is also really appreciated. He converted the old-fashioned springs and pulleys to a torsion bar spring in a really neat, clean, expert installation. Very pleased with the result.

We are totally happy with our install of a new garage door and opener. We got ourselves in a pickle with our 38 year old garage door and got our cars locked in the garage. They came when they said they would, with no waiting. They said they would be at my home between 2 and 4 pm. Usually with other companies that means a call at 3:59 and 30 seconds to announce that they will be late, causing uncertainty and frustration. But this guy came at exactly 2 pm. Bravo. Then I got what I was looking for: a tuneup on the big door and a fix on the small door with other options for the future articulated. OFten a repair guy will be put out but this guy stayed calm the whole time, able to multi task my oversight and conversation with his need to focus on the task at hand, without getting bristly, as so many repair people from Albuquerque do. I highly recommend this service, only $59 for a tuneup.

The repair was setting the codes, the door opened but when it shut, it came right back up. would not stay closed. From our estimate with Jeff Peres to our service with Mario Chosa, the entire experience was outstanding. I had a double garage door that needed to be replaced and an automatic opener installed on our single garage.
