My garage door jumped the track and the top two panels were hanging in mid air. It also had a cable slip off the pulley on the opposite side. I called Precision based on Yelp reviews. Tyler arrived 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled window. He patiently studied the problem with my door and made some recommendations for the repair He also explained why he made those recommendations. I'm glad I listened to him! i don't have an opener and my garage door was always very hard to lift. Tyler explained that one spring was not sufficient for my size door. He installed two new springs, lubed and adjusted the door. Now I can open it with one hand! Tyler is very knowledgeable, patient and polite. This was by far a much better experience than the one I had from a competitor company.

He not only fixed my garage door that wouldn’t open - he provided me with options to choose from. He was very intelligent in all of the mechanisms that make a garage door operate properly. He not only had the parts in the truck but he completed the job within 1.5 hours. Now that’s service.

I will not EVER use any other garage door company than Precision. Tony was here two hours early, which is AWESOME, and fixed brackets that were coming off my door and not obviously allowing the door to open. Works like new. Took Tony no time to safety check and fix, and prices were great! He even changed our light bulb in the opener. Use them. You will be happy you did!!

My garage door was cracking when I opened it. I called Precision and was able to get help within a few hours I appreciated the email confirming my appointment and an email with the name and picture of the technician. Gilbert arrived and showed me why it was cracking and what was needed to repair and service the garage door. Garage door works better than ever and with the service, I feel comfortable the door will last forever now.

From the time when we called Precision Door after the spring broke ad we could not open and my wife's care was stuck in the Garage and the Technician arrived was approximately three hours. The technician took less than 1/2 an to fix the and then less than 1/2 hour to replace all the moving parts. We had purchased the door over ten years ago and the parts needed replacing. Everyone we talked to were very nice and the technician was well trained and was very knowledgeable and efficient beside being very pleasant and polite.

Did not replace items listed on the invoice that i waa changed for. About also falsifies information and documentation. The owner is very rude begins to speak to people as if they were stupid and doesn't take the time to clarify what was done what was it done what you're being billed for. Would not recommend the service to anybody.

On May14 2021 I needed service for my garage door which did not close anymore. I was promised that a service person would come at a certain time frame. The young man, Tony, did arrive promptly. After a brief discussion he went to work and repaired the garage door. Tony did an excellent job. I am very satisfied with the work and in the timely manner he did it. I'm passing on your companies information to my neighborhood.
