Josh and Tyler installed a new garage door and garage door opener at our home. They both worked efficiently and cleaned up any debris. Josh was very informative on setting up the new garage door opener and answered any other questions I presented to him. I give a 4 star rating because the original appt was 1 1/2 hour late. I understand work schedules can get behind due to circumstances.

Last year I spent 6,000 with this company on 3 garage doors. I raised my ceiling 2 feet and needed longer hangers to reattach 1 of the garage door railings/tracks. I was charged 150.00 for 1/2 hr of work and a couple dollars worth of material! Seems a little high after spending all the money on the doors.

Gilbert Sebastian was excellent. Gilbert called to inform me of his estimated arrival time; was on time, courteous, professional, an extremely efficient worker and pleasant. He replaced the roller springs and associated hardware and then performed preventative maintenance. I would highly recommend Gilbert and Precision Door. I knew of them through positive feedback from my neighbor.

Jeff was awesome! I got the appointment scheduled at 9am, for noon to 2pm, Jeff called at 11:40 to let me know he was on his way, he showed up at 12pm and was finished by 1pm. This company is pure quality! Not sure how they compare in price, but they were worth every penny. No headaches at all, just good service.

I have never dealt with a company that kept me so informed, with text introductions and the technicians picture. The technician was very polite &professional. He explained how he would have to replace the springs because they were old & had served their purpose. He also mentioned that all the bearings also needed to be replaced. But he explained it using lay terms that an old lady like me would understand. He was very efficient & completed his task very skillfully & effective. I’m very pleased how it was done in such a short period of time. Mr. Sebastian proved he knew his job.

When calling, no answer. Someone then called me back and apologized they missed my call and asked if she could still be of service. She was knowledgeable, friendly and professionally. She explained that it would be to my benefit to have a qualified tech do a site visit to provide me with a free estimate. Gilbert came out next day, again, very pleasant to talk with. From initial call to purchase, received everything on a timely manner.
