I had a Precision door opener installed by Tyler last summer. After having issues with frequency recently, Tyler returned. Between him and Gary Lange, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Tyler has been extremely polite, punctual, and showed genuine care and professionalism in his work. He deserves recognition. I will say overall I’m pleased with the attention I was given by Tyler and by Gary. And I’m loving the new garage door opener

Great customer service from Jeff and Kevin! The whole process was pretty smooth and fast. I called to setup an appointment and Jeff showed up the next day on time and he recommended a replacement garage door. A couple of days later Kevin and Jeff showed up on time again and installed the door. I'm pretty happy with the result and the service. Definitely recommended!

The reason I chose Precision for my garage door needs is you came out at 10:30 at night when my garage door fell on all my belongings five years ago. No other business did that. It was the service of you coming out, not the cost. Two days later, you fixed the door by a new motor and all mechanics of the door plus a key pad. I was told that the worker would come between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, but the worker came right after I made my call within 15 minutes of my call, which was really amazing.
