Really appreciated the same day service, since the door was jammed and could not be opened by hand. Jeff came on time and wearing a face mask and did everything, including payment with no contact--which at this time is also really appreciated. He converted the old-fashioned springs and pulleys to a torsion bar spring in a really neat, clean, expert installation. Very pleased with the result.

We are totally happy with our install of a new garage door and opener. We got ourselves in a pickle with our 38 year old garage door and got our cars locked in the garage. We called Precision and Tony Acker came out the same day. We were able to get a new install scheduled within days. On the day of install, Mario and Kevin came out at 8:30 and were finished by 10:30. I had a garage door and opener installed about three weeks ago. Amazing service. Today I was hearing a popping noise when the garage door closed. I called precision and a tech (Cory) called me within minutes. He drove from Albuquerque to Santa Fe to check out the door. He inspected it and got it working smoothly. I could not believe that he made the trip to Santa Fe and didn’t schedule me some other time when he had other appointments in town. I highly recommend Precision Door. Very impressed!

They came when they said they would, with no waiting. They said they would be at my home between 2 and 4 pm. Usually with other companies that means a call at 3:59 and 30 seconds to announce that they will be late, causing uncertainty and frustration. But this guy came at exactly 2 pm. Bravo. Then I got what I was looking for: a tuneup on the big door and a fix on the small door with other options for the future articulated. OFten a repair guy will be put out but this guy stayed calm the whole time, able to multi task my oversight and conversation with his need to focus on the task at hand, without getting bristly, as so many repair people from Albuquerque do. I highly recommend this service, only $59 for a tuneup.

the service was professional, the employee was well informed of the problem, fixed it quickly and tested the repair a few times making sure it worked. The repair was setting the codes, the door opened but when it shut, it came right back up. would not stay closed. I'm very happy with the visit except I thought the price was a little high for what was wrong. But we needed to have it fixed. thank you and great job the Tech did.

I had contacted Precision Doors after seeing several recommendations from neighbors on the NextDoor app. I am so glad I did. From our estimate with Jeff Peres to our service with Mario Chosa, the entire experience was outstanding. I had a double garage door that needed to be replaced and an automatic opener installed on our single garage. The cost wasn't bad at all, and once Jeff met my boyfriend and found out he was a Veteran he gave us the Veteran Discount in the quote. Today our service appointment was at 1:00pm however just before noon I received a call from Mario asking if he could come early, because he was ready to work. They arrived within 20 minutes later. My boyfriend was highly impressed with Mario and the other technician helping, saying that they were friendly, fast, and informative and went above and beyond expectation. I received the before and after photos and can't wait to come home to my new and updated garage! Thank you so much!!
