Based on a great experience with Precision at previous house we asked them to come to see our current doors which we expected to replace. Kevin felt the doors were fine but recommended repairs to springs, rollers and new openers. Still a big expense but I appreciated there was no up-sell. He was very personable and helpful and got the work done professionally then and there in about 3 hours. Two problems. Dirty fingerprints were left on everything! The doors still had more snap crackle pop than I would have hoped but I have to admit they are 12 year old doors and tracks. But I think a little more attention to adjustments might have helped.

Kevin sent me a text confirming he was on his way and showed up as promised. He quickly assessed the problem, gave me a quote and got to work. He offered to move my awkwardly placed wall switch which was most helpful and also installed an outside opener panel which will be so handy. His work was great and I’m very glad to do business with Precision. Each of the techs I’ve worked with were well trained and very pleasant. It was also fast to get an appointment. I’m very satisfied.

Short story...... Garage door broke so we called one of the national brand name companies. Tech came out and for two hours was unable to identify or fix the problem. Called Precision Door Service. Tyler came out later that same day and within 30 minutes, identified the problem and had the necessary parts to expertly fix it. Doesn’t get any better than that. I’m a fan for life.

Not happy repair guy showed up I opened my garage he heard the squeaking and said it was from the rollers and we would need to replace them that was the only way to stop the squeaking. The garage door did not squeak before the first repair man Cory was here last Friday he said everything was good no issues. To have it to start squeaking two days later. Door is still squeaking and I am not replacing the rollers when they are still in good work order

The old opener unit in my home was a Precision product, so when I needed service on my door a couple years ago (bottom seal), I called them, and I was very pleased with their work.
