My garage opener was not closing. The service rep determined the problem and reviewed options with me. I decided to have the unit replaced. The service rep installed the motor, a new key pad and movement sensor to turn the lite on and programed two openers for me. He was very efficient and did a great job. I paid a premium price, but I felt it was a good value. Very happy with with the job.

The technician called 45 minutes in advance, so I knew exactly when he would arrive, he diagnosed the problems within about 10 minutes, then installed two new springs and two new guide wires in about 30 minutes, so the job was completely done in less than an hour. He was also very forthcoming in explaining the process and components of a garage door system, and demonstrated impeccable courtesy throughout. Precision is highly recommended, indeed, as I was very pleased.

Tyler Amundson came on time, diagnosed the problem, installed a new opener, and instructed me on its operation. All painless and agreeable, but still an expensive repair. My neighbor asked me what I'd had done and said he was having problems with his opener. To bad I didn't know that earlier.

The Precision Team worked with me all the way through the process of getting an new door up and running. The old door had 'crashed', and they worked with me to schedule 'taking down' the old door and giving time for us to clear space in the garage before the installers came with the new door. Thank you. New door works great!
